YOU WAITED

YOU WAITED

I'd rather know then be given the element of surprise, where I never gave myself time to prepare. In this wait of mine, I hold on to all hope I have in me, to not surround myself with doubt and believe that one day, shall come. The opening of the front door, has me perking up to look towards the living room entrance, awaiting him to pass by. His footsteps sound along the tiled floor, nearing to the living room until I see him about to pass the living room and head towards the stairs. Before I can say anything, I notice him stop in his tracks and turn his head to look towards me.

Be prepared for different levels of emotion. Interesting storyline that will have you crying at times. There’s also some humor. However, the book has grammatical errors that needs to be edited. Love the ending - very different, but good.

I really loved this story. so many twists, it was confusing especially when Keith asked for a divorce he didn't really want because he loved her so much and rescued her. It had a very happy ending. So worth reading.

THE ALPHA'S ADDICTION

THE ALPHA'S ADDICTION

Agrip sighed, then began to speak again. “The term “ancients” is a significant concept in history. In one of the history books, the ancients refer to a group of powerful and ancient beings who have lived for thousands of years. They possess exceptional supernatural abilities and are deeply connected to the earth and its elements. They are portrayed as the oldest and most powerful beings in existence. They are revered and feared by vampires, as well as by humans and other supernatural creatures. Their origins are shrouded in mystery, and they are believed to have been created by a higher power or divine force.”

Midnight Between Us

Midnight Between Us

she whispered. The blinding silver light around her body visibly weakened, dimming to a faint shimmer. The network brightened in response, humming with a sudden warmth. The End shifted its massive form, looking visibly surprised, while the Witness fully opened its eye to track the anomaly. The Architect stood frozen on her knees. Something entirely impossible was happening before their eyes. The ancient awakening was stopping. The ancient presence deep inside Ava’s mind whispered, its tone layered, confused, and suddenly curious. "Who are you?"

Expect The Unexpected

Expect The Unexpected

Cassidy’s expression went serious. “What’s going on?” Riko frowned. “Well, I’m sorry to tell you that the end of the world is coming. The antichrist will be born in June,” Cassidy sighed with a completely straight face. Seriously? She had to call our baby the antichrist? I mean, a blending of our genetics could have terrifying results. Elijah looked confused as he tried to figure out what my wife was talking about. Riko, however, lit up as she got it instantly.

I loved Cassidy from the Princes of Ravenswood and was so happy that she got her own story. I expected everything to be sassy and quick witted. what was completely unexpected was how much love there is around her, from her mums to her brother (eventually) and Collin to be so patient and accepting.

Ahh another great story by Bryant!! Collin and Cassidy are such an adorable couple! Despite the traumatic experience, it goes to show how one is not defined by one's scars, and oh to be loved, cared for, and to be seen by a Collin Oscar Cole, I am so in love with your fictional men, seriously!!

The Great Wolf

The Great Wolf

“I’ve been waiting for you.” Amerie dared to glance back at Minera’s lifeless body. Power shone in the deep red stains on the grass around her, power that had once stood against the Ancients. She would not let her down. She hoped Celena was still out there, lying low somewhere. Minera had feared the worst, but Amerie couldn’t help but hope that some higher power was still out there to guide and protect her. This was all so much. She could feel eyes on her. The Ancients crouched nearby, no doubt watching their little games play out.

MARKED BY MY STEPBROTHER

MARKED BY MY STEPBROTHER

He immediately went quiet, pressing his face into my neck. Sophie watched us with soft eyes, but I saw the exhaustion there. Being parents while fighting ancient forces was draining us both, yet it also made us sharper. More determined. That afternoon we called a war council in the garden, our unofficial war room. Elders, Marcus, and the new alphas sat in a circle while Lucas played on a blanket between Sophie and me, trying determinedly to crawl toward a fallen leaf. “The Echoes and shadows are servants,” one elder said gravely. “The true ancient beings, the ones who created the first prophecies, are waking fully. They want The Spark to stabilize their crumbling realms, or to become a vesse

Alpha Ethan

Alpha Ethan

And deep beneath Midnight, something ancient stirs—not Gravehowl, not the Crown. Something older. The void shudders. The Arbiter falters for the first time. UNEXPECTED VARIABLE DETECTED. I feel it then—a vast, patient awareness rising through the land, answering the challenge not with hunger, but with claim. Midnight is not empty. It never was. And whatever is waking beneath us is very, very tired of being ignored.

The Heiress's Brutal Revenge

The power she was meant to awaken weighed heavily on her, but I didn’t dare let her show weakness now. “We leave in ten,” I said quietly as I approached. “Are you ready?” She nodded, but her hands trembled slightly as she clenched them. “I have to be.” The Well of Ancients was a place spoken of only in hushed legends—a void where the past and present blurred, where the Moon Goddess’s essence was said to linger. Alaric’s warning rang in my ears: no lies, no masks, only raw truth. “Whatever happens,” I said, “we face it together. You’re not alone.”

The Luna He Stole to Break the World

The Luna He Stole to Break the World

"We'll be free." She smiled, and it was the first real smile I'd seen from her in weeks. "Free. I like the sound of that." "So do I." We spent the rest of the night planning, whispering in the darkness, preparing for the impossible. And somewhere below us, in his chamber of nightmares, the Ancient One waited. Confident in his immortality. Certain of his victory. Completely unaware that the pawns he'd been moving across his board were about to flip the table.
