Moonlit Secrets

Moonlit Secrets

That old greenhouse had been a place of solitary refuge, built for a girl who needed a quiet place to breathe and hide from the judging eyes of the pureblood elite. This new community greenhouse was something entirely different. It was a cathedral of life, built by the joined hands of Moonrise builders and Riverlands architects. Its sheer scale was breathtaking. High, vaulted ceilings trapped the warmth of the early spring sun, while clever ventilation slats allowed the crisp mountain wind to circulate freely, bringing the scent of melting snow into the humid, earthy air of the interior.

Traded to my Husband's CEO Boss

Traded to my Husband's CEO Boss

It was still somewhat odd to address my boss by his first name, but anytime I did, I would see the way his eyes would darken at the corners and his breath would turn ragged I stood on my tiptoes, stealing his lips for a kiss, Mr Voss met me halfway, he closed his on mine, and as I got drunk on the taste of his tongue, the heavy scent of his and the warmth of his body Everything else around us faded away, till he was the most mesmerizing of them all ≈≈≈ The greenhouse was something out of a fairytale. It had looked beautiful from the outside: glass and iron and green plants with sunlight simmering in gold rays Nothing could have prepared me for stepping inside. The warmth hit me first, the ai

He Slept With My Sister, When I Was Giving Birth

He Slept With My Sister, When I Was Giving Birth

She pronounced it with invisible air quotes. Maya looked at me, and I could tell she wanted to make a cult joke, but the mood was too strange for it to land. Instead, she just shrugged, and said, “Lead the way, boss.” The greenhouse was set halfway down the bluff, a long hike over switchback paths that cut through groves of rosemary and succulents. From a distance, it looked like a crystal coffin, four walls of ribbed glass that caught the last bits of sun and threw them into rainbows. Tonight, though, the whole structure was pitch black. No lanterns in the walk, no ambient light inside. Even the small path lights that lined the stairs were off.

Finally.. We had reached end of the story. I must say it had been an emotional roller coaster for me with the characters in the story, esp with Ava who had made me teared up multiple times with her innocence, resilience and bravery for her age. One of the best books I had read.. Great job Jenne!

the red caped royal guard added, as everyone all focused on him, listening to what he needed to say. “… A charred being stuck in the wall in a crumbling room nothing special about it maybe it was all Lord Abbey’s or caught up with the green glow— Yeah— The first was the same mystifying Inhumane boy in green glows, he released the Beast beings inside the all glass confinement which I witnessed his glowing green-hot technique was strong enough to melt away the confinement large glass along with their chains with such level of concentration the Beast beings were in one piece unbelievable… then their sudden exit made me think they were onto me, so I… got scared and… bolted.”

You Can Ask The Flowers

You Can Ask The Flowers

"I can barely sense you. The blight is consuming everything." Not consuming. Hiding. Eleanor's presence grew stronger, as if her granddaughter's recognition gave her more power to manifest. Evangeline's poison drives us deep, but we endure. We wait. Through the connection, Iris felt the true scope of Eleanor's innovation. The entire greenhouse wasn't just a collection of supernatural plants; it was a living network, each species connected to the others through root systems and shared consciousness. What appeared to be individual specimens were actually organs of a vast supernatural entity that her grandmother had spent six decades nurturing into existence.

The Beast's Other Half

The Beast's Other Half

I cry as I force my body to crawl forward. His skin is as pale as theirs, so I know they sucked him dry, but I still have to check. If there is any way he is still alive, I have to try...I get inches from him, but just as my fingers reach for him, I am yanked up into a set of thick furry arms. "Stupid humans," a deep, gravely voice growls, and before I can even respond, the beast takes off. His long paws pummel the ground, and the forest zips past me. Motion sickness mixed with my grief turns my stomach, and I vomit instantly. He snarls as my puke hits his pelt, but he doesn't slow down.

The Alpha's Bonded Healer

The Alpha's Bonded Healer

Now she was watching to see what grew. When the gathering ended, I walked out before anyone could corner me. Made it to the greenhouse. Closed the door. Put my hands flat on the potting bench and breathed. The composure held until it didn’t. My hands were shaking. Not from the tincture wearing off. From the effort of standing in a room full of wolves who looked at me and saw my mother’s ghost, and refusing to let any of them see what that cost. The greenhouse door opened. I didn’t look up. I knew the scent.

Marry Me, Madison

Marry Me, Madison

Surely, I should not judge the book by its cover. Now that I am... somehow... a little clean than what I look a while ago, I look at where this faucet and basin belongs to. I then realized... crun.. I'm... infront of the greenhouse? I looked around me and saw nothing but soil and a bit of leaves falling down from the greenhouse's roof. I walked toward to the side and saw the creepy locked door of the greenhouse. Eh. Whatever. Anyway, this is a real treasure chest, right? Looking at the elegant unique appearance. It should be!

HE REJECTED ME, SO I TOOK HIS CROWN

HE REJECTED ME, SO I TOOK HIS CROWN

I pushed the heavy, broken doors open, breaking inside the humid glass dome with Elara trailing nervously behind me like a frightened shadow. The moment we stepped into the center gravel aisle, we were both completely mesmerized. The greenhouse wasn't just a simple, pretty garden to pass the time; it was a highly sophisticated, hidden biological laboratory. It was filled with rows of rare, exotic toxic plants, complex glass distillation vials, and specialized, climate-controlled soil beds. I hurried over to the main wooden potting desk. I began violently tossing aside dried roots, bronze shears, and empty vials until my freezing fingers hit something solid—a heavy, locked leather binder meti

The Alpha's Rejected Mate

The Alpha's Rejected Mate

I look toward the archives, and Kael is dramatically yelling that Vessa purposely shifted his notes while Vessa threatens to throw down the mountain the notes and Kael with them. “They are always doing that.” My mother looks at them for another moment. Then softly comments, “No one here seems to fear to be wrong.” The sentence is like a weight in my chest. It's as though she still believes in fear for order, she says. Towards the end of the week she finally gets to spend some time alone with Milrac. Not formally planned. I find them by chance! During winter months, the western greenhouse is kept warmer than the majority of the mountain, due to the glass ceiling and lower heating temperatures
