I was so captivated by the animal that I failed to notice my dad and Page returning home until Page called my name from the doorway. I turned to greet her and assured her that I would be inside in a minute. However, when I looked back at the wolf, it had vanished. I couldn't help but question my sanity. There couldn't have been a wolf in my backyard, close enough for me to pet. I followed Page back into the house and couldn't resist asking her if there had been any sightings of wolves in the area. "Yes, occasionally," Page informed me. "Why do you think you saw one?" she inquired.

The color ran up my legs. I was an animal now. I felt anxiety wash over my body. I took my first step. Carefully arranging my legs. I was strong enough to stay up. My fur looked sticky. Like a transparent oil came with my new form. What is it? It had no scent. I'd ignore it for now as I tried walking. Once I discovered how simple it was... I pushed myself forward to follow Casimir's scent.

As I ran, one of my paws stepped on a tree branch and got a part of it into my paw. I merely licked the blood off before I continued on my journey. As I made my way back to the pack, her scent hit me, and I knew that she must have passed through this place not quite long ago. My blood froze as I realized that she must be in the woods and must have been the one who let out that desperate cry for help.

She yelled, it was extremely cold and white, she rushed out of the cage until she realized there was no place to escape to, If she starts going forward she might just be leading herself into unending snow mountain, if she turns back it could be the same, She was literally lost in the wilderness of ice, And nothing, She started running as fast as her legs could carry her Until she sighted a wild white bear growling and predatorily walking towards her, with a wild intentions, Her heart left her chest, Panic surges through her and she felt a sharp ache in her chest, her throat squeezes shut instantly as it surged so faster towards her. "Please don eat me, Please!! Don't eat me" She begged this

She climbed the steps, crossed the threshold, and tried to ignore the way the wolf inside her went completely, inexplicably alert. Just adrenaline, she told herself. Just the territory. Just being back. She kept walking. End of Chapter One.

' I lamented. 'Oh!' I was surprised as I watched her move so fast after checking her phone, like the languid, sultry movements from earlier were merely an illusion. "Who is she hurrying for?' I wondered possessively as I felt myself being suffocated with fury to the unknown "rival wolf." I was alerted when my wolf whimpered in distress and my heart felt empty when I realized she's walking away, walking away from us.. ----End of Chapter One----
