Bride of the Lycan King
I inhaled shakily, summoning my wolf to emerge, my claws lengthened and my canines sharpened significantly, orbs burning with a glow,
An inhumane growl ripped from my chest and I jumped forward, sinking my claws into the sand. I climbed stealthily until I reached the peak of the hill, my chest rising and falling with exertion.
I rolled, falling on my back as I struggled to regain my breathing. I squinted from the harsh rays of sunlight glowering down at my face,
I blew out a breath, the hair on my face flying off as a result. I pushed myself back off and ran in the direction of the court. From the corner of my eye, I noticed the cabin's open door and I wondered if there was anyone inside.
