She went back to where she had stood from and turned the book of prophecy to face her. She then read out, “The Chosen One will make a sacrifice on the land of ashes.” She then looked at the book in her hand and read the underlined part, “The gathering of the dead.” She tried to piece the two together so she said, “The Chosen One will make a sacrifice on the gathering of the dead,” replacing the part where it said ‘the land of ashes.’

Hello everyone! I hope you have all been well. I wanted to check in to see how you all feel about this novel. I have been feeling the need to go through and rewrite this book. New storyline will possibly be written, but the characters will remain the same. So... What do you all think? Would you all like a new rewrite of The Chosen, or would you all prefer that I leave it the same? -Tegan
