Skyline was a gem and grandfather Colin Hunt could not have been more proud of his accomplishments. From his crisp suit and badge, it was evident he worked for the printing facility. The two men engaged in a hushed but animated exchange, with lots of pointing at the dubious cover image and vigorous headshaking. Just what in the hell was going on over there?! Every passing second felt like agony as my mind raced with worst case scenarios. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the printing facility guy straightened up and headed back towards the wings - leaving the principal clutching that magazine cover. A tiny flame of hope began burning in my chest. Had the rep managed to straighten things out somehow?

Dear Reader Thank you for reading the first chapter of the book called, Hot Under Cover. Hot Undercover was originally written as an Interactive Story Game.
