The rogues howled in anticipation, and the thunder of their feet violently shook the ground as they began to mobilize. Behind us, Harold and Rowland raised their voices, rallying their warriors. The united packs roared in response…two armies merging into one, driven by survival, vengeance, and a newfound unity. But Domanek’s power was already poisoning the air. And the war that followed… was nothing short of hell.

An inch closer would drive me to my death. Again. “Watch your words.” He warned. I swallowed, fluttering my lashes in hidden fear. “What… do.. you..want?” I stammered with a trembling voice. “The world is greatly drowning in the malevolency of the evil ones.” He began. “Due to this, a special group of people have been appointed to send souls beyond redemption to hell.” That was the longest he had spoken. “So, I've been appointed to send souls to their doom?” He ignored my question, but I asked again regardless. “How do I even do that?”

he said, voice quiet but lethal, “put them down.” Damien studied him for a beat, then nodded. “Understood.” Anton turned back to the screens. His fingers hovered over the control panel that would send the final command. His men were waiting. The city was waiting. Anton pressed the button. And the war began. The night sky burned. Anton stood on the balcony of an abandoned high-rise overlooking Moscow, the skyline illuminated by fire. Smoke billowed into the cold air, rising from the locations they had just destroyed.

But the war was soon if not soonest. A war would mean not only damages but deaths, thousands of soldiers would be sent to distant lands to fight for their countries only to end up victims of war, their names soon to be forgotten in history. Forgetting seemed to be the banalest thing to do. Wars meant not only death, but it could also mean a lot of negativities to this firmament. Realizing that war could certainly be the next tragic event in history, Allison wanted to try her luck with her own father, but he was busy talking with his cabinet members this evening. Tonight at 8 pm he would speak about this plan to launch a third world war.

“We’ll enter the realm of the Mevara and find Adelia, no matter the cost.” Reina nodded in agreement. “We’re in this together,” she said, her voice steady. “Let’s go.” The Keeper cackled once more, their dark magic swirling around them. “Very well,” they said. “But remember, once you enter the realm of the Mevara, there is no turning back.” Without another word, the Keeper disappeared into the eerie night.

The creature's mouth opened. A deep, unnatural growl rolled across the resort and Sharon's blood ran cold. She had seen it before. Not today. Not now. Months later. In the previous timeline creatures like this had been appearing after the infected had evolved, after entire cities had already fallen and survivors had given up trying to pretend that the world could be made better. They had been called Brutes. And the first one Sharon had ever seen had been almost four months after Day Zero. Her fingers tightened around the weapon in her hand.

He answered, his expression hardening with each passing second. "When?" he snapped. Then, "Lock down the compound. No one in or out." He ended the call and looked at me, and what I saw in his eyes made my heart stop. "What happened?" "The warehouse Vincent specified?" Dominic's voice was lethal. "It just exploded. Twelve wolves dead. All of them wearing Voss colors." My father had just declared war. And I was the weapon he intended to use.

… A few more years passed after that, and the base's research team finally managed to develop an antibody serum against the zombie virus with Papa's support. As it was dispersed all over the world on a massive scale, the zombies that had plagued humanity for over a decade finally collapsed. It was no longer a hell but a new world outside the gates. I stepped out of the barbed enclosure, letting the bright sun shine unbearably on my face. It was so piercing that it nearly brought tears to my eyes. The other survivors also made their way out of the base. They embraced and wept in the streets, overjoyed at their newfound life.

He said. "Law? Broken? By who?" I asked. "Yes... We made this law four centuries ago after the great war between the Heavenly realm, the Ginn's/Demon realm and the Beast of Doomsday." I nodded realizing the depth at which there must be harm. Four centuries ago, I was a witness to the great war and how we all had to fight to seal off the Beast of Doomsday. The Beast of Doomsday was born out of the havoc created by mankind over the centuries, it grows on hatred and bloodshed, it is one of the most powerful creatures that even I can't overpower. I can only contain it in the face of a war just like I did years ago.
