My hips shifted on their own, my legs parting just slightly in silent surrender. I was soaking wet. Embarrassingly wet. If he dipped his fingers even an inch inward, I would’ve begged him to be inside me. Shamelessly. But he didn’t. Not yet. Which was somehow worse. I whimpered. Yes, me, a full-grown woman. Whimpering like some damsel in a fantasy novel. He kissed my lower back once, and stood in front of me. His hands moved to the tops of my shoulders, massaging again before he whispered. “Turn around for me.”

Why'd he have to look so good? I looked down at the books he had given me. There were five total and I realized that I had never read any of these to Nate. I looked at the first one and turned it over, reading the back. A little boy that encounters a giant in the forest. The little boy uses his quick thinking and courage to escape the giant and return to his family. Being back home, he realizes the love and security of his family are all the support and strength that he needs and that knowing his family is there for him, he can face any fears. It seemed to really fit not only the situation tonight but also the bond that Nate and I had so that was the one that I selected.

A soft laugh escaped me, it was rough and unstable "Running away won't save you, Elena," I whispered to myself in the empty room, "But I know you can't run for too long." I sank into the nearest chair. I rubbed my temple as I reminisced about the last 30 minutes, my wolf was stirring restlessly it enjoyed every bit of what just happened. It approved of her. But then,something unexpected happens. The group is frozen in fear as the herd of elephants races towards them. But then, something surprising happens. Instead of trampling the group, the elephants veer to the side, passing right by them. The group is relieved, but still bewildered. Why did the elephants avoid them? As the elephants disappear into the forest, the group sees another figure coming towards them. This one is much smaller - it's a little boy! The boy runs up to them, out of breath and looking panicked. "Help!" he cries out. "My village is in danger!"

Can't believe I'm f**king doing this" she whispered, and he smiled again. "Thanks, thought you came here to argue with me again, but it's the other way round" he whispered back. "@sshole" she muttered. "My personal b**ch" he replied, and she giggled. "Personal? Who made me your personal b**ch you elephant" "Myself" he said, and she sighed as he hugged her tighter. She continued stroking his hair, and his eyes went shut. He could stay in her arms like this till whenever. He missed this madly.

The days stretched on, and he lost count of how much money he had wasted on these deceitful calls.
