CAKE's Evidence

CAKE's Evidence

“No… You always, always have your way with words! How would I know they’re not manipulations? They’re not lies?” “Brother, I have read somewhere that the eyes are windows to the soul. I don’t believe it as much, obviously, but let’s try it. Look straight into my eyes,” I said and bent my knees to match his height; “It was not in my intention to have you misinterpret my words as me disliking you, okay?” His eyes that once brimmed with tears now cried a river as he took more steps away from me. “No, no… This is untrue! This is just your antisocial thing talking! You’re trying to manipulate me with your lies!”

In the Eye of the Alpha

In the Eye of the Alpha

And for the first time in a long time, I lied to my father. The walk back home was long and silent, and I asked myself why I chose to lie for a boy I didn't know and why I couldn't get Fenis Greyś brown eyes out of my mind. Every time my eyes closed, I could see the outline of his face, the way his raven curls flickered above his eyebrows, and the way my soul saw his soul and seemed to say, “Hello ….There you are ”. And the confusion of why he looked so fearful by the mere mention of my name.

Flames and Roses

Zeenat said and Zarun came near her and looked at her blankly Zeenat felt scared suddenly because she is getting negative vibes from this thing. " (jab labein sach na baya kar pay tab nazre jhoot ke peeche chupe sach ko bayan karti hai (When the lips lie, the eyes state the truth behind the lies.) Your lips maybe are saying that you want it but your tears are clearly saying you do not want this but you are forcing yourself to do this." Zarun said and Zeenat tried to say something but he did not let her

to be honest aarav is by far a very disappointing character . firstly oorvi comes highly abusive background she does not have the emotional strength to not fall into manipulation and he knows that and then all he cares and sings YOU HURT ME only. Highly selfish and I am disgusted by his behaviour .
beautiful lady
I knew that he will ask for divorce. What I didn't know was make her feel special and ruin her. I loathe you Aarhan. Author please introduce another male lead for our Shayari who will cherish her and who will be better than this jerk. I hope she doesn't get pregnant.

Sinfully Yours

Sinfully Yours

He tried to find one ounce of doubt or lie in her eyes but nothing, her eyes were full of sincerity. Cyrus had always been a master in telling if the person is lying or not just by reading their eyes and her eyes were only reflecting honesty which made him angrier. “What the fuck did you just say? Fucking repeat the shit?” He growled right on her face making her press her head against the mattress even more. He is so scary. That was the only thought roaming in her head. Right now he wasn’t looking any less than a growling angry wolf who wanted to pounce on her and rip her apart.

Destined for King Alpha Lycan.

Destined for King Alpha Lycan.

I responded irritably, pacing back and forth. “Maybe she developed myopia or astigmatism,” he shrugged, indifferent, placing the folder on the table. “Impossible. Dr. Alfonso did a fundus examination, and there’s no deformation. Her corneas and pupils are fine. Her eyes have returned to their green color, and her pupils react to light stimulation. Something’s wrong!” I huffed in frustration, taking a sip of whiskey. If I discovered she was lying to me, she would face the harshest punishment. I am an Alpha; no one can hide important information from me. I consider it treason, and I usually kill traitors.

The Forgotten Bride

The Forgotten Bride

"You know one thing that I hate so much, I hate it when people look at me dead in the eyes and begin to lie to me. I mean, it just makes me feel stupid and I know for a fact that I am not stupid, so how about you try answering that question again." He had a death tone in his voice and I could tell that he was about to crack. I had no idea how he knew for a fact that I was lying to him but I could see from his eyes that he was deathly upset about it and it was not in my plan to do anything that would piss him off the more, but I had no other choice and this had to be done. "Look, I have no idea what you are talking about. You are being very scary right now and I had to remove my eyes for a fe

“I’ve been trying to work around it because I figured you’d talk to me eventually. But I can’t keep letting it go.” I laugh. It sounds wrong even to my own ears. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He tilts his head, watching me too closely. “Where are those eyes looking, huh? You know you blush when you’re lying, or about to lie.” “What?” My eyes snap to his in surprise. He grins. “Your eyes are so expressive, Ray.” He leans in and brushes a soft kiss across my lips. “They’re not,” I argue, even though I know they are.

"I know what you're going to say so why not just say it anyway." "I have no idea what you're talking about." "I'm talking," he drew out impatiently, beginning to Pace up and around the room, "about how I have blown my chance. I've freaked it up. I freaked her up and she had nothing to hide." I shook my head immediately. "Don't be so sure about that. You know as much as I do that in this business, you can't vouch for anyone or anything but your eyes. It never lies, plus it can never hold up a weapon."

The Alpha's Poisonous Wife

The Alpha's Poisonous Wife

“Enough. Stop saying those things…you are clearly trying to divert my attention. Just tell me your method for detecting poison in everything around you. Let's see if you can convince me with your lies again.” I breathed heavily, trying my best to hide the anger rising inside me. “Alright, I’ll tell you the truth. I have a third eye. I can’t see ghosts though. The eye on my forehead can see colors of poison in everything. That is why I can easily detect poison. Will you believe me now?” I said, hoping that after I told him the truth he would finally believe me. “Please don’t tell others about this secret of mine!" I begged him. He erupted into a fit of laughter. The kind of laughter that piss

Alpha Victor

Alpha Victor

I smiled weakly and gave him a little white lie because he wouldn't want to know the truth, "Fine, and you?" "You're lying again," he called me out. I glared at him with irritation, "And how do you know I'm lying?" "I just do," he signed almost aggressively, "your eyes tell me the truth." I cast my gaze down—I always hated my eyes because of their common, dark color.

I think for now, Victor’s book is my favourite. I love the simplicity of the situation that is quite complex but down to earth. I can’t wait to know what will happen with Sydney as well. I guess they’ll meet at some point. I’m happy Victor is putting himself and his needs first. Finally!
Caribbean Princess
The storyline thus far have been outstanding, except for the fact that this book is INCOMPLETE with no UPDATE in sight. This author even had the time to advertised another UPCOMING series which has 2 COMPLETED books but the LAST and most needed damned book of this series isn't done, the nerve.
