His Regret

His Regret

Mental note; Don’t mistakenly look at him again! “But we’re somewhere at the borders of the north very close to the south.” Cayden said. He was standing before me. “And how do you know that?” I asked him. “Because the leaf tips here are turning red. That never happens in the north. And the grasses here are pure green and too healthy. That only happens in the south.” He explained and I started clapping. No hey, it was a genuine clap, because he was right and his thinking was smart. I also knew those facts but I was oblivious to them here.

No steamy season yet in this book.only in the description of the story that’s it. Very misleading. I agree it started out great but the writing and character seem to be very childish I am loosing interest really fast. Even though it’s fave stars it should be two maybe three no more so far.

Legend Of The Third Spirit

Legend Of The Third Spirit

He claimed that he had no choice but to follow Roy's orders, after all he's also second to the general and their friend. The sun grew hotter as it mounted up behind the mighty mountains in the east. After crossing the vastness of the desert, the sand underneath their feet was slowly replaced by a brown soil of which tiny young grasses sprouted happily on its surface. They advanced further for several miles into the greener land before a thick forest lies from afar as though a mysterious, dark green wall sprayed with faint mist. Taking the path that wounded across the wide grassland in front of them, the grasses grew more lush and livelier. This had something to do with the soil which became

The witch and her wolf series

The witch and her wolf series

It's time to grow a pair ! I take a deep breath and hold it in. First I open one eye and see only dark water, but when I open the other a fish swim past, almost like a sign. Thank God I haven't killed all the fish. Relieved I look up and I can't believe my eyes. All traces of my hissy fit are gone. The bare spot is already covered by new luscious green grass. Hadn't I known how It looked before I would never have known something had happened.

The Other Side of Reality

The Other Side of Reality

I stood by the window, feeling strangely disoriented, as if I were in another lifetime. "Happy New Year, Zachary," Melissa said, leaning closer. Her warm breath brushed against my ear, making it tingle. I turned to meet her deep gaze. At that moment, time seemed to stand still, and my heart skipped a beat. "Happy New Year, Melissa." She leaned even closer to my ear and whispered, "I like you." Outside, the fireworks continued to bloom, their brilliant colors reflecting on both our faces.

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

The hope from the valley stayed with them for a day, a warm ember in Liora’s chest but with every step closer to the Black Crags, the ember cooled. The land here wasn't just sick or sad; it was also beautiful. It was wrong. The grass wasn't brown or grey, it was a vibrant, unreal green, like a painting. The trees were perfectly shaped, their leaves a uniform, waxy green. There were no weeds, no fallen branches, and no animal tracks; it was too perfect, making the skin on the back of Liora’s neck prickle.

Mistaken For The Billionaire Lost Lover

Mistaken For The Billionaire Lost Lover

Lush fields, dotted with a grazing sheep, rolled gently towards the distant from where I was seated. My breath caught my throat. I had seen beautiful places but this was exceptional. The tranquility of the scene was overwhelming. I closed my eyes, letting the gentle breeze caress my skin and the sound of nature filled my ears. How did lena managed to get this whole building, all because she wanted some quite time with Gray, I really don’t want to believe that Gray knew about her plans and didn’t stop her or make her chose another smaller place. Is this how she waste his money and he just keep mute. This was unbelievable because he wasn’t this cash free with me. I never got the chance to make pl

The Forsaken Luna

The Forsaken Luna

She didn’t hear him cross the short distance between them or even feel his presence. Am I really that weak or is this the presence of a true Alpha? “What if it’s not?” he asks softly. For a moment Serenia has forgotten what they are speaking about and has to job her memory to get back on track before Kai continues. “What if the grass really is greener on the other side as the human saying goes?” He chuckles at her confused look. “What I mean is – what if it will be a better life? Are you willing to pass that up? What can I do to at least show you at this moment-”

Blind Fate: The Beta's Regret

she prompts, her voice soft and melodic, so full of hope and wonder. “It’s a clear blue, endless and free. Not a cloud in sight,” I say, my gaze drifting upwards. I wish I could give her this sky, offer it to her as a token of the remorse that eats away at me every day. She leans back, her hands feeling the grass beneath her. “Tell me about the grass,” she says, ever curious, ever so sweet. “It’s like a sea of green,” I describe, watching as her fingers dance over the blades, a tender and exploratory gesture. “Some patches are darker, others lighter, all swaying with the breeze. It’s... peaceful here.”

This novel is incredible and unique. Building on the Tarr universe, and bringing back the Horsemen, you will be left each chapter hanging for more. CJ and Ruin’s chemistry is palpable and the unique circumstances surrounding them have you cheering for them! Check out her other amazing work too!

It Kills Me: A Forbidden Dark Romance

It Kills Me: A Forbidden Dark Romance

He called me right away. My eyes watered further when I realized how quickly he called me, like hearing my voice was what he desperately needed. They said the grass was always greener on the other side, but his grass really was a deep green from the spring rain and thick from the summer heat. It was an oasis, a pond with floating lilies, flowers in bloom, and birds full of song. I answered. “Hey…” I kept my voice steady because I didn’t want to sob my heart out to him, not because another man had broken my heart. He didn’t say anything back. He just let the silence speak for him.
