Caspian's POV I'm a happy man. For the first time in forty-three years, I feel like I’m actually living. Desiree has made me realize that I've been unhappy all my life. I thought contentment was something I could buy, something I could control with power, money, and influence. But it turns out, happiness is more elusive than any of that—it’s found in the most unexpected places, like in the fire of a woman who challenges me at every turn.

They seem to be happier overall, and the community starts to thrive. As the months turn into years, the ripple effect of the "Happiness Club" spreads to other communities near and far. The movement starts to be called the "Gratitude Wave", and it's making a real difference in people's lives. Research even begins to show that gratitude and mindfulness can have a positive impact on physical and mental health, relationships, and even the economy.

The book finishes with the hope that they stayed a couple, happily, without death and grief. With confidence in life for oneself. With words that change the frame of mind daily, like letters. With hope—stars sharp, not dull. There was joy and everlasting peace, which could be felt and adored not by one, but by both. They ignited the ray of hope that if, by conviction, one can live long, then why can't one live forever with the same inspiration in motion? Thank you!

If I was going to create this new chapter in my life, I would be happy, and I would make sure my mother was happy as well. I took a deep breath as the flight continued. I brought out a book titled "Happiness is the Key" to avoid thinking about Earnest and our past. I couldn't focus Earnest filled my mind. I thought about the good times, the laughter, and the adventures we had shared. I thought about the way he made me feel, the way he looked at me with so much love in his eyes.

It was complete heaven. "We did it, Dimitri." "We did what, Roza?" He sounded curious and slightly confused. I lay my head against his chest and closed my eyes, chuckling. They were my own personal homework, and getting used to the thought, I hadn't picked up any book other than a cooking book in years. They held so much truth, things that I had no idea had actually occurred. Those books were her life and the more I read, the more I understood what she went through in life. I looked at the colorful sticky notes around my apartment; quotes that I'd written from both books. Try new things. Learn to appreciate the silence in your heart. Smile more often. Do things that make you happy. Those were a few of the things that I'd written down. There were so many, but I decided to concentrate on these few. Maybe if I tried a few at a time, I could do more good for mysel

I'm Rae who just might be okay in the end. Right here, in this spot, I feel happy. It's a light, cozy happiness that kisses your cheek in the morning and again before you fall asleep. It's breathless and smells like home. It's a cracked but lush sidewalk, filling up the holes with color and life. It's summer days and nights on the beach, hearing nothing but the waves. Happiness is me and my one true partner acting as a team and not as enemies. It's experiencing my lowest point then my highest, and being able to appreciate it, being able to let the past go.
