The Hunting Party Novels & Stories

Impromptu pack parties are the easiest to organize. All we need is good weather, preferably a full moon night. Some drinks and firewood. The prey is hunted and cooked right there. There is no need to dress up in something special. Heck, there is no need to dress up at all, it gets ripped off later anyway. The party can go as wild as a pack orgy, or just remain a family barbecue. It was totally up to the people participating in it. The pack run and the hunt are almost always included.

“This night, I must win this competition. I need to be with my family. I've been in this hunting game for too long, and this time I must be promoted to the leader of the hunting team," he muttered to himself as their truck started moving. The hunting leader doesn't go hunting but only watches over them, giving instructions and setting up the hunting map. After a while, they reached the Naminsa forest, where their hunt would start that night. Everyone got out, nodded to themselves, remembering their instructions, and headed straight into the city's most terrifying bush. They entered Naminsa bush with their guns fully loaded, and the hunt began.

Allowing everyone to participate meant dividing my summons into separate groups to effectively monitor the attendees. Finally, the day of the hunting party dawned. The ambience was entirely unexpected. Anticipating cheers, laughter, and a joyful mood, I was surprised to find a tense atmosphere. The residents eyed each other intensely, exuding an air of rivalry that seemed ingrained since birth. Those participating arrived fully clad in armour, with an array of weapons adorning their bodies, much to the surprise of many present, particularly Anastasia and Zikk. "S-So many armours and weapons?" Zikk mumbled suspiciously, voicing the astonishment shared by the on

Dark shadows lurked in the trees, hidden by the leaves, the moonlight was unable to find them. They walked with silence, unheard to nature. The men dressed in camouflage, and were armed with shotguns and crossbows. They split into teams to surround the beast and his family. Their mission to kill the beast, and anything like him. The howls filled the air as the men began their hunt. As the beast ran with his pack, the lead hunter aimed for his mate. With one shot of his crossbow, he hited her in the back, going straight through.. Blood splattered out at the force. They had got the beast's attention.

“As was expected. Your kind’s chosen path did not necessarily warrant a written history. Beasts had no use of the past. But times are changing. I realized your pack in the north is embracing a new form of governance. You are evolving out of the bestial lifestyle your ancestors were known for. “I think this is one of the reasons why your pack was chosen to be part of the hunt. The nature elementals saw that you are capable of handling the challenges of holding the power of the royal blood. Which, your friend, Selene seemed to have.” “What are you talking about?” Archibald was still confused. “What hunt?” “Once the presence of the royal blood became known, the hunting season will start. The corner of his mouth lifted — not quite a smile, more of a promise of control. “You ride next to me,” he called out, loud enough for the warriors to hear. A reminder. A declaration. His. The hunting party formed behind him — a dozen wolves on horseback, bows and spears strapped to their backs, armored wolves following on foot, shifting and growling as they sniffed the air for scents of blood and treachery. The gates creaked open. The forest loomed ahead — vast, ancient, and indifferent. Somewhere within its tangled depths, a traitor was lurking, whispers from the Shadow Clan woven into his skin.

The Hunt was a farce. Kaelen rode at the head of the main party, a picture of regal leadership, but his heart wasn’t in it. He was going through the motions, a puppet on a string, his mind a million miles away, in a small, herb-scented linen closet.

*** The weather was beautiful on the day of the hunting. The hunting team gathered by the front gate of the castle and then headed out to the designate hunting site together on horseback. The sun bathed the landscape in a warm, golden glow, casting a majestic hue over the sprawling mountains. The elders from the House of Light, all dressed in rich hunting attire, moved gracefully on horseback, flanked by a vigilant escort of soldiers and guards. The crisp mountain air kissed Aurora’s cheeks as she rode alongside the royal entourage through the towering peaks, with Clemente by her side.

The look in his eyes intensified as I lowered my lips to his, kissing him softly. The day was here. The final day of the wolf festival The day we do the most anticipated hunting game. Members of each pack were to look for animals that had been kept hidden in the corners of the woods. The pack with the most animals wins the game. I walked quietly to my room to get ready after listening to Michael for a while.

she said. I smiled slightly. Luna's words calmed me down. “Thank you, Luna.” The sound of a horn echoed throughout the Winterhide pack. “That must be Vincent and the hunting party, “ Luna said. I immediately excused myself to Luna and dashed towards the gate. There were already a lot of people gathered in front of the gate, some screaming joyfully and rushing to greet their loved ones. It was indeed Vincent and his hunting party. I pushed myself to run towards Vincent. There, I saw him. He was walking proudly topless, showing off his toned body. His brown hair was wet, and he was brushing it back.
