THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

She hung there, held by invisible strings. “Grandma, let me go! She’s going to die!” June thrashed, kicking at the emptiness, but she couldn’t move forward. “You can’t save her with a spear,” the voice said. “You have to make a trade. Look at the feet of the Ruby Collector.” June looked down. At the bottom of the platform, something moved—a small, black shadow. It was just a hole. But when June looked inside, something froze her to the bone. A library. Her library from Earth. But the books inside—every one of them—were bleeding.

Clash of Hearts

Clash of Hearts

Just how many people are curious enough about vampires that they read about it, watch shows about it, and could determine that I belong to that kind just by one look at me? There was a tap on my shoulder. “Miss, I will be closing the library soon. Better collect your things and go home”. Oh, it was the librarian. I gave her a nod and started putting the books that I borrowed back on the shelves, hiding the one about vampires in my chest in the process. *

The Magic of Irina

The Magic of Irina

Two days later, Lucas was doing his morning assignment in the library. He cleaned the shelves and adjusted the books order in the shelf. His hand did the work automatically, while his mind flew back to his failure attempt to touch Irina’s hand, because her guard which was the town master won’t leave them alone. Sighing, Lucas continued his work to the next shelf. A book with bright green cover was stood out among the library’s dark cover books collection. It occupied the space of the book in Lucas’s hand.

The Lion Queen of Business in Reverse

The Lion Queen of Business in Reverse

Alicia thought for a moment and then decided to take a chance: "It's related to a hidden technological breakthrough that could potentially change the energy landscape." After an hour-long silence, a new message appeared: "9 p.m. tonight, the abandoned library in the old city. Bring your secret alone." Alicia's heart raced, knowing that it could be a trap, but also knowing that it might be her only chance. That evening, Alicia arrived at the abandoned library wearing a dark overcoat and sunglasses. The moonlight streaming through the broken windows fell on the dusty bookshelves, making the whole scene eerie and mysterious. She looked around cautiously and walked slowly towards the depths of t

"Ms. Paulina, I’m Jasmine Hanzo, and I have stumbled upon secrets, mysteries that have brought me here. I long to unravel their meaning, to understand the hidden tensions and unseen struggles that have been revealed to me. Can you guide me on this journey?" Her smile deepened, a twinkle of recognition in her gaze. "Ah, dear Jasmine, thou hast ventured upon the threshold of a realm surpassing the mundane. I discern the flickering flame of curiosity ablaze within thee. Fret not, for I shall be thy compass. Together, we shall unearth the truths concealed within the pages of this wondrous library." Encouraged by Ms. Paulina's reassuring words, I felt a newfound confidence surging within me. This

The Crimson Grimalkin - Book 5

The Crimson Grimalkin - Book 5

I take a breath quickly going over everything, trying to see if there was something I was missing or forgot to tell her. A vision of the library Althea took us down to where the mirror was hidden away, came to life behind my eyes. “The library-“ I whisper over the phone “Something about the library it just so…” “Can you describe it to me?” Lamia asks. “Huge, never-ending, old with rows upon rows of shelves full of old books. A fireplace with a stone hearth. Two leather wingback chairs and an antique table sat between them.” “Anything seem out of place?” Lamia’s tone held a waiver that was unlike her.

Ms. Supernatural
I absolutely love this book, actually, the whole series! I’m sure I’m not alone in saying that this series should not only be published in hardcover but transformed into either an epic movie or miniseries! I would definitely buy DVDs!! You have an amazing imagination and a gift for being an author!
Ra Stew
I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Corrupt Temptation

Corrupt Temptation

I was experiencing a conniption in my inner librarian. Someone has been tampering with my literary organization!. Not a word. One by one I began removing the books that were close to them feeling along the spine and flipping through the pages. It was similar to a dusty low-stakes treasure hunt. My fingers brushed against something behind the Ralph Ellison book Invisible Man which was snugly tucked against the back of the shelf. It was a little piece of folded paper. Its more like a small purposefully hidden message than a note. My heart fluttered with hope like a bird stuck in a trap. I was shaking when I unfolded the paper. It was clearly Ivette's handwriting in a single graceful script.

First of all, I love the suspense. Its giving read more and find out and then I like Ivy's boldness or should I say her not being scared of anything. Like, I could feel the chills when she saw the rope. Girl isn't scared of anything... lemme go and read more... Nice work, author.

Echoes of Moonfire

Echoes of Moonfire

Ivy said, scanning her own book. They read in silence for hours. There were cryptic symbols, forgotten rites, mentions of forests that moved and artifacts lost to time—but nothing matched exactly. Nothing screamed “this is what you’re dealing with.” Frustration was setting in. Ivy slammed her book shut, rubbing her temples. Kyle stacked his third useless volume on the pile between them. The sun dipped lower. A librarian’s voice echoed through the quiet: “Fifteen minutes until closing.” “Great,” Ivy sighed. “This was a waste of time. Let’s just go–“

RUTHLESS BILLIONAIRE EX-HUSBAND CHASED ME BACK

RUTHLESS BILLIONAIRE EX-HUSBAND CHASED ME BACK

I planted a garden, feeling the rich, un-curated soil between my fingers. This was the peace we had fought for. The mundane, beautiful, ordinary life we had almost forgotten how to dream of. For a year, it was enough. The first sign was subtle. A nightmare. Not Lina’s, but mine. I was standing in a library vaster than the Archive. But instead of grey walls, the shelves were made of woven light, and the books were living, breathing worlds. I was not a prisoner here. I was the Librarian. And I was calmly, efficiently, reshelving a book whose title I couldn't read, but whose fading cries I could feel in my soul.

Rejected by My Mate, Fated to the Lycan King

Like I blinked, and the library rearranged itself. The books are gone. The shelves stretch higher than they should. The windows are covered, and no light is filtering through. I can’t see the hearth anymore. And in the center of the room, where the woven rug should be, stands a man in white. Pale hair. Pale skin. No scent. No sound. Not a single thread of magic humming from him. But my pulse starts to race. Because I know who he represents. Circle of Silence. The man doesn’t speak. He doesn’t have to.
