It's the first in the Elemental Dragons series. It's very different from this world of the Guardians. That book is filled with shifters and, you guessed it, dragons. That series is intended to have four books, one for each dragon.

Elaina frowned a little but let him take the harp. “What do you mean?” Drake picked up the ancient book and handed it to her before saying, “We have never really gone through this book properly, aside from the ritual and recitations, there is some written history of dragons in it. Take your mind off music for now and let's learn something new”
