“He’s broadcasting,” Adrian hissed.
Evelyn shouted, “Then interrupt his sermon!”
Adrian hit SEND. The system screamed: static, distortion, then blue. The phoenix logo fractured.
“Loop initiated!” he yelled. “He’s eating his own feed!”
Relief lasted half a breath, then sirens shrieked. The system wasn’t collapsing; it was adapting, mutating to absorb the loop.
