Romans & histoires The Mark Of Athena

Rebecca said "Good morning Mr and Mrs Branson..I am athena " she introduced "I am Rosie and this is Mark ..." She was excited since she didn't run away like the other girls or cry. Mark was shocked at Athena's expression. She looked calm Rebecca gave them the Papers to sign . They signed "Athena... please behave" Rebecca pleaded " I always do head mistress.." Ester scoffed at Athena's response. Mark scooped athena in his arms as they went out the door ..she giggled

Both of us were soaked. Seeing that I had also been splashed, the villager hurried forward, intending to apologize. However, the moment he looked at me, he fell silent as he stared in shock. I paused for a moment before realizing something was wrong. My heart sank. Sure enough, Aldric’s gaze shifted back and forth between Rosalind and me. “The Princess’s mark on her forehead washed away with the water, but Lady Leanora’s makeup faded… and revealed a real birthmark! Lady Leanora… She is the true Chosen One!”

I slowly lowered my gown sleeve, revealing the mark on my left arm. "She's Marked," the lady stated. I smirked at the middle guy; I could see the pain and humiliation in his eyes. Among the terrible things, that was the only perk of being marked – immunity to death by any other werewolf, except the one who marked you. "I guess I will live to see another day," I said with a smile. As I turned to leave, the middle guy quickly appeared in front of me, blocking my view. "Where do you think you're going?" he snarled, revealing his sharp fangs.

My heart was beating faster with every breath I was inhaling. Then, he turned around and walked away. I exhaled a breath, I didn't realise I was holding. But the moment he disappeared into the forest, the mark started burning, it was not the usual itching, it felt like someone was burning my skin from the inside. I held it with my other hand and closed my eyes. I opened my eyes when the pain was gone, but stared at my mark in horror. My mark was bright red.

"King Athena of Antarti pack," "By Luna, you make me jealous," Meredith said. "Why?" "A woman King? Impressive! I wished I could pull that feat, honestly. From what I've heard, you fear no one at all. Not many women would actually stand up to a pack and declare herself King," Eucaria rolled her eyes. "Not any woman will. Athena is the only woman. Her name already tells who she is. The Greek goddess of war. You are indeed fearless," If these women were flattering her, it was real work. Her cheeks were red from the good things these women said about her. This was her first time being talked about this way and it made her swell with pride.

He said and walked away going to get prepared also. Meanwhile ... "Are you sure you really want to do this" Mabel Athena's mom asked. "Honey you don't have to worry about us , besides your daughter is a military woman " "And to an extent i can defend myself !, So you don't have to worry" her husband said. "If you say so" she sighed and said . "I really think you should take this with you it might help" she said stretching the case they found in Athena's mother bag. "Sure thank you Mom " Athena said as she took it from her , hug her and she got into the car.

I stepped aside to let him gather his things. I watched him leave, the weight of his revelations pressing down on me. I had to let him go and try to help our packs in the South. And I needed to finish what I started with Jackson. Approaching the roaring bonfire, I saw the redheaded woman laughing with our pack members. Athena surged forward, demanding we eliminate her. The woman's smile turned to my sister, igniting fresh rage within me. I was on the verge of letting Athena take over when I noticed the mark on her neck and the small bump growing on her belly.

she was awakening. I watched as the fading mark on her neck completely disappeared and her once flattened and lifeless body became alive. I held my non-existent breath before her once closed eyes sharply opened and I was met with bright red, hungry orbs. There was a split second of silence before I let out a smile at the sight of my Aphrodite awake, "Abigor," she spoke and I saw her fangs extend as she returned my smile. "Look what I have for you," I held up the babe and walked around the bed. Aphrodite sat upright as she looked at the babe and I placed the babe in her arms.

Pure venom. “You seem distracted, sister,” she said, picking a rose and spinning it between her fingers. “Your eyes keep wandering. Not toward your husband, either.” I tensed up, but I kept my mouth shut. Not giving her the satisfaction of seeing me hesitate. She leaned in, voice dropping soft as silk. “Agora expects loyalty, you know. If he suspects otherwise…well. You remember how he handles betrayal.” “At least I didn't seduce your husband. Oh. You are not married,” I said, smirking.

She sighed, then glanced to the left, where another portrait was hanging on the wall. In this portrait, a woman stood there. Her left hand raised in the air at an angle. And her right seemed to hold a book. On her head she wore a hat, which had a point at the top. Her head was tilted to the left, where you could only see the left side of her face. And her hair was a dark brown, that looked like it flowed endlessly behind her. There were colorful colors that could be seen over her left hand, as if portraying something. Blues, greens, purples, and pinks colliding together at the top forming a colorful ball above the streaks underneath. On the tree to the right, a broom lay against it, with a c
