Runes in hand, we settled into a pattern of layering wards, checking runes, and reapplying older symbols with new flourishes to better catch the more subtle types of necromancy. I focused on running the pulse grid on the perimeter while Elias adjusted the frequency thresholds. It was careful and methodical, and exactly what I needed to feel grounded. When the last sigil snapped into place, flaring for a moment in acknowledgement before dimming to a dull
