The Orc From The Office Novels & Stories

She scowls at him. Finn leads me into the office. High ceiling, thick carpet. A surprising number of books on wooden, expertly carved shelves, oiled and gleaming. It smells like mahogany, cigar, and whiskey. Orin stands, nearly swallowed by an enormous wooden desk, the thing looking like it could carry a whole boat's worth of sailors across the ocean. "Good to see you, Scar," he says. I walk over and shake his hand. "You as well," I say.

Orion went through the enchantment, followed by Amora and Nicholas. The creature in front of me turned to see the commotion, letting out a heavy breath. “More disturbances,” he whispered to himself. He finally turned to me to answer my long-awaited question. “I’m Sugha son of Eman,… an Orc.”

Whatever Conti had just said, I couldn't comprehend it's meaning, but Moose obviously did because his face had suddenly lit up with a smile. “Boys!” Conti called out and a group of Men ran into the room with a leather sackcloth in their hands. Some of them I could recognize from earlier after Tiny's incident, others I couldn't pick a hint at their faces. They all were draped in black corporate attires. The majority pulling off the outfit with a pair of sneakers, their shirts untucked and sticking out from the length of their jackets. They sure dressed their part as goons and I gave them their flowers.

Adam nods. Carson smiles and waves at me once again. Adam is scanning the room, “Susan, Chad, Derrick, Melissa, Sally. Can I see you all in my office?” ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( “You are so freaking lucky!” Gloria says shocked. “He is too good looking. No wonder you don’t look twice at Mr. Kingston. If I was going home to him I wouldn’t either!” “Thanks he is rather good looking, but he is also a good person,” I tell her.

Oran, I knew from the shoes stepped in followed by two, most likely, lab coats. “Sorry to interrupt your little reunion. I’ve just had a brilliant idea. I wanted to share with you both.” Hector growled and pulled against his chains. I knew better at this point. Resignation settled into me as I hung there. I didn’t even bother to drop my head forward or look at him. There would be no fighting whatever he had planned. It was just better to get it over and done with. “Look at that, already she’s so good. I should have snagged wolf-boy months ago.” Oran was looking for a rise and he wasn’t going to get one.

his deep voice seems demanding yet overpowering. I open the door and step inside, walking towards his desk slowly as I look around. The office has stayed the same; everything is in place and clean through and through. Odin's office space is more extensive than most because he's the boss. It's a vast space with window walls that curve where you can see most of Los Angeles. On the walls are paintings he had purchased or were gifted to him from friends, but now they are taken down and replaced with pictures of his family, smiling and happy. This office no longer intimidates them whenever they enter. Now it's lively. His office back in London is different from this. His office is a mess in Londo

Horror soured my stomach as I pressed my back against the wall, powerlessness twisting my guts into ropes as Tristan squared off against the Orcs Alpha. One of the other orcs approached. It appears to have previously been a woman, with rags of a dress falling from its skeletal body. It handed Tristan an axe, then it seized hold of both combatants’ wrists and raised them aloft. From all around, the orc roared in delight, and I dropped my blade to clamp my hands on my ears, the sound excruciating. But I observed the creature’s fleshless jaw flex as it talked. “Begin.” the Orcs alpha swung his weapon.

However since it was personal, the Orc leader would probably want revenge, which meant that Will had no way out anymore. The Orc leader roared in anger and lifted his weapon towards the tiny Goblin in the corner. Will slumped down on the ground and curled up into a ball. However just as he thought he would get smashed into a pulp, he heard a hoarse gentle voice. The female Orc had said something to the Orc leader, which had made him stop his weapon a hair's width away from Will. Will looked up at the Orc leader and almost soiled himself, the Orc leader was glaring at him, his killing 'aura'¹ was overwhelming. But the Orc leader's heavy breathing was calming down as the soothing voice of the

Thеrе was a sеnsе of fakе urgеncy in thе air and Orion wastеd no timе in making his way to his officе, and I followеd closеly bеhind, with Luca at our sidе. As wе еntеrеd thе officе, thе rеst of thе pack mеmbеrs turnеd to us, thеir еxprеssions sombеr. "What's going on?" Orion askеd, his voicе fillеd with concеrn.

He was very old and looked less human than the other Elevenders in the camp. Orcus gave the guard behind the oldest member of the council a succinct sign and he leaned forward and rammed a knife into his protégé. Chronos remained silent, but his eyeballs rolled up in the sockets, and he flinched. "You can be glad that I need you alive," Orcus said to the now injured man. He jumped nimbly from behind the desk, walked lightly towards Aurelia, and leaned down to her. This intimate manner made her bile well.
