Novel & Cerita The Primal Hunter 9 Audiobook

Since then, I had refused to let her out. Opening my eyes, I see Abby staring at my father, her brown eyes laser focussed on him. “Shift Lana!” I feel my bones crack as my wolf finally comes forward. The force of my shift sends my father to the ground as I fall onto all fours. The white wolf that I had only seen once before, now stood over my father. I couldn’t kill him though, even after all the shit that he had put me through. I turn to look at Abby, but she has my blade and before I know it, she stabs our father, ending his miserable life.

The hunter leader’s eyes gleamed with fascination. “And when they do…” He raised his weapon slowly. “They become the most dangerous creature alive.” Adrian stepped fully in front of me. “You’re not killing her.” “Oh,” the hunter replied softly. “I told you.” His finger tightened on the trigger. “I’m not here to kill her.” The gun fired. Adrian moved instantly. The bullet struck his shoulder. Blood sprayed across the dirt. I screamed. “ADRIAN!” He staggered but didn’t fall. Instead, his wolf burst forward again with a roar of pure rage.

Matron Aldar greets us at the foot of the Guild Mountain, as we climb upwards, we’re joined by Ophelia, Leita, and Kiran, along with another young woman who introduces herself as Hunter Prairie. “Hunter will be joining us on our quest,” Kiran gushes. “She’s a protector and an absolute pro at that. Hunter would be of more use than all of us combined when battling against the devil.” Hunter blushes under the compliment. “Please, you’re exaggerating. You’re all powerful in your own ways. But I will do my best to help, Alpha Rexellen.” “Thank you very much,” I say sincerely. “Your assistance will be most appreciated, considering how you are all risking your lives in the name of my mate.”

I swallowed hard, trying to fight against the change. “They shot you” I growled in a low husky voice. There was no denying it, the change was happening. My body began to shake as my skin heated up. I am going to hunt down every last remaining hunter and tear them to shreds. I stared into Gunner's eyes and the flicker of bright silver tried to shine through. His eyes glow now? They tried to kill him. Those heinous hunters came here, to MY territory, endangering MY pack members and shot MY mate. I will end every hunter clan there is in this world and the next if it’s the last thing I do. Just as I was about to give in and snap my bones, Gunner's lips crashed against mine. He pulled me tighter

And I hate that the heat between us stirs something primal in me. I hold my breath, an intense feeling of want overwhelming me, so much that I don’t know when my lips part, don’t know when my hands move either. But I feel the biceps of Hunter's arm—the one that holds my nape—under my touch, while my other hand slides to his waist, grasping whatever I can of his toned waist. As Hunter’s face reaches closer, his lips on the verge of claiming mine, everything goes black. I find myself in a dank cave cast in shadows, the air thick with the crisp scent of early winter. Low, guttural noises echo around me, yet I can’t pinpoint where they come from.

It was a visceral clash of instincts. Part of him—the primal alpha who had survived the darkest pits of human violence and carved out a sanctuary in the mountains—felt an overwhelming surge of unbridled pride. His bloodline was strong. His firstborn was a hunter who could strike in the dark without a sound, displaying a predator efficiency that most adult wolves could only envy after years of pack training.

“Are they really going to just let me fall back?” That's actually... cause me a sigh of relief. I'm tired by the eyes that following my every steps! Then there's Grandma I notice anxious and been in contact with the messengers lady. And everyone of them is given grandma a jade, however it only cause Grandma to deeply anxious. Then her expression greatly change, she said in certainty, “It must be those horrible species! The Lycan kidnapped the future of the huntress!” “Future... of the huntress?” I curiously eyed everyone that suddenly voice out their wanting to wipe out the species they despise.

My heart thrilled at the sound of that voice, but my stomach plummeted when I looked up. Rig prowled towards us across the linoleum of the entrance, shoulders wide and chin low, his hair falling over his eyes—eyes that blazed with rage. Gone was the sweet, funny guy who’d stuffed me full of food that afternoon. Gone was the gentle giant who’d tickled a kitten. This Rig was all predatory strength and grace. He was a daring, wicked hunter, eyes burning with malice and threat. Instinctively, I took a step back to give him room as he strode right up to Natalie, hissing, “You’re done here.”

She was a storm, unmoving, unyielding, daring anyone to challenge her. Alexander and Raymond didn’t hesitate. They sprinted down the path she indicated, breaking through low branches, crunching over undergrowth, leaping fallen logs. Behind them, the forest echoed with growls, bullets, and shouts. Ruth didn’t follow. She stayed, ready, fearless, a wall between the hunters and them. Alexander’s chest heaved, lungs burning, muscles screaming for rest, but he didn’t stop. The wolf inside him still lingered, claws itching, fangs sharp. Bloodlust hovered at the edges of his mind, snapping at the human part of him.

My raised eyes began to furrow, I started to think of anything he could possibly discuss with the moon goddess. "The hunters are not to be trusted, Elena. They are malevolent, evil. They manipulate people into thinking they are saving the world from harm. Their game is to make the world believe in them and then attack from the back. The hunter boys are just agents, working for their malicious father." "Do you know them that much?." I snuffed a question. "Believe me, I've eaten and dined with them. I've worked with them and they betrayed me. " I breathed out, tucking the instinct that made me not believe her behind. The way she explained about my mate and the house of the hunters were unbelie
