The moment the room fell back into a quiet, shadowed dark, the invisible wire in my chest gave another sharp, violent jerk. Across the Blackwater Sea, hidden deep within the unnatural fog of the archipelago, the identical frequency was pulsing in the dark. It was days away, delayed by the tides and the cold, but the connection was tightening. As Silas's breathing leveled out into the heavy rise and fall of sleep, I lay wide awake in the dark, my eyes locked on the western window, waiting for a storm that had already claimed half my soul.

Their friends watched the exchange, feeling sad as they realized the hurt each of them was causing one another. They made their way to the waterfall in silence, creating an awkward atmosphere. The waterfall was a stunning aquarium blue, blending shades of Atlantis and Mediterranean blue. It drizzled onto the rocks below, while a stream burbled along its bed, bubbling over rocks and branches. At the bottom, a swirling vortex formed, and foam collected from the friction of the water, making the area look like paradise. The rest of the pool was crystal clear, allowing them to see the rocky bottom beneath the surface.

The water was clear enough for me to see every rock that covered the bottom of it, every color could be seen. "Subhanallah" I whispered as I heard birds chirping around me. The first time I talked my throat felt like sandpaper no one said a word when it came to my past, they knew it all from going through the journal that had been my only companion in the darkness I came from, I didn't say anything when Myra returned the journal to me with tears in her eyes and I looked away from the sympathetic gazes of my family.

a voice called, distant but familiar. I didn’t have the strength to respond. My eyes fluttered shut as the darkness took over. Finally, silence.

Words — inaudible venomous words whispered in the depths of their ear chambers, forcing the waves of aghast to paralyse every one of their veins. There was a blue, depressing code of silence that filled the atmosphere with poison and malice. Amethyst suddenly felt weak — she felt like she was dreaming and whatever was happening was not true. She wished to ask the White Snake to repeat her words but swiftly advised herself against it, as she feared that her approach would be perceived as disrespectful.

Of course a big fight was going to ensue with Sampson and Odessa winning and living happily ever after. The Beautiful Silence- Jocelyn was finally going to break though Lola's locked memories and find where Gunner was hiding. Since her memories would be unlocked Lola was able to return to her normal life with her second chance mate, Paul. They finally track down Gunner and destroy him. Trinity goes back with Antonio and Lorenzo to their pack and Jocelyn becomes Luna of Quinton's pack.

She missed walking down the road like every other average lady without any fear of being watched. She missed the nostalgic feeling of freedom. She laughed at how things had barely changed. Not like she had expected it to, but she couldn’t help but wish things had changed. Diverting to the lonely path, she took out her phone and plugged in her earphones, playing gentle music to go with the environment, and twirled around noiselessly. This was her favorite scene. Her in a quiet place surrounded by nothing but grass and a pond, dancing with an invisible partner. Suddenly, she stopped and stared straight at her front, trying hard not to fall from her sudden stop.

"I brought you here because it's my favourite place to come and just think." "But why me?" I asked in a tentative voice. "Why not?" We sat there in silence staring at the horizon as we were both lost in our own thoughts. I for one didn't understand why he brought me here. "How did you find this place?" I asked as I turned to face him. There was a long silence that followed and I began to think that he was not going to answer me when he turned and looked at me-like really looked at me. His forest green eyes held an emotion I've never seen on him before and I couldn't quite place my finger on what it was.
