A Wild Experiment

A Wild Experiment

I didn't want to know what that meant, and I certainly didn't want to try to understand the playful glint in Jared's eyes. I admitted that I had once had a crush on him because of his brilliance and because he had been out of my league. But now, all I wanted was to stay as far away from him as possible. "Ding! The system has detected extreme resistance from one side of the party. Punishment Mode is now activated. The scene will also be changed." I gasped and shuddered hard as I suddenly woke up from a dream. When I opened my eyes, I realized that I was now back at my office desk, and my colleagues were all there, chatting and working as usual.

Claimed by the Seven Alphas

Claimed by the Seven Alphas

She rubbed her fingertip over that thin callus; his fingers curled briefly, then straightened. "Does it hurt?" "No." She set his hand back down and sat on the floor right there. Her shadow fell over him, slicing his white lab coat diagonally, half in shadow, half in light. "You didn't sleep last night." "I slept." Less than two hours, right in this chair. He had reclined the back and lain down for a while, the handheld terminal resting on his chest, screen facing down, the blue light blocked by his clothing. He closed his eyes and watched the waveform in his mind, the one synchronized with her heartbeat, and gradually his own heartbeat slowed, his consciousness sliding into sleep. The termin

LOVE RIVALS: In-between Lovers

LOVE RIVALS: In-between Lovers

Ryan Dixon's irritation caused him to start scribbling erratically in his book, and he couldn't stop. Ryan Dixon had actually developed a biological clock inside of him as a result of being roused from sleep on multiple occasions by the system while everyone else was sleeping in the dormitory. This occurred at night when everyone else was asleep. Automatically, he awoke and rolled over just about the moment that the system was supposed to wake him up. When he looked over at the bottom bunk of the bed next to him, he saw that the guy named Jeff Gray had once again kicked off his covers while he was sleeping. This time, he even had one of his knees pressed onto the mound of blankets that he ha

MARRIED TO THE DEVIL BILLIONAIRE FOR REVENGE

MARRIED TO THE DEVIL BILLIONAIRE FOR REVENGE

**Nadia** It started at two in the morning. Not dramatically. Not the way it happened in films, with a single definitive moment @ a clear next step. Just a tightening that woke me from a sleep I had not been fully inside anyway, the kind of light restless sleep that had been the only kind available for the last three weeks, and I lay there for a moment measuring it before I decided it was real. Then another one. I counted the space between them. Eight minutes.

The breeder experiment

Guess he doesn’t like being interrupted in his speech. “Do not patronize me!” We stare at each other in silence until he lets out a deep sigh. “I was hoping to lay this out more smoothly to you but you frustrate me to no end.” He takes a few moments to breathe and probably to try to collect himself. “You have been brought to this ship to participate in the experiment to raise the population of the Galdrian species. You were not asked to participate. But you do not have the right to reject participation. That is because it will be dangerous for us to send you back, due to your knowledge about our existence. This is one reason that we will not send you back. The other is because I simply do no

I have never been a big sci-fi fan but I decided to give this story a read. I am so glad I did. This was one of the best stories I have read in a long time. I would recommend this story to everyone whether they are a sci-fi fan or not to read. Well written and truly gives the meaning of love. BRAVO!

It's a lot better than expected. It does get dark, but it worked out in the end. It's definitely something different, and it's definitely worth reading. Are there any more sci-fi in the near future? I have not been disappointed in any of your novels. Great job!

Please help us save everyone. After praying, he felt sleepy again. This happened while he was unconscious. The attending physician never detected that he was awake. The Accidental Rebirth: The Troubles of a Three-Year-Old CEO

The Accidental Rebirth: The Troubles of a Three-Year-Old CEO

she asked, her voice dripping with suspicion. Takuto tried to brush it off. “Of course not! This is… purely scientific research!” Aichan narrowed her eyes but said nothing more. Little did Takuto know, she was already plotting her own competing invention. Takuto’s first test of the device came at exactly 14:00, during the most sacred of moments—nap time. He activated Sleep God 2.0, eager to see if his work would pay off. For the first minute, everything was perfect. The breathing module hummed softly, mimicking the principal’s snores, while the mask created an illusion of deep slumber. Takuto couldn’t help but smile to himself. Victory was near.

Living With the Boy Who Hated Me

Living With the Boy Who Hated Me

In any other context, like operating a high-performance vehicle at lethal speeds down an abandoned desert highway, that specific, adrenaline-inducing tempo would have been incredibly exhilarating. Forcing myself to shake away that distracting, reckless fantasy, I quickened my pace down the grand staircase, heading straight toward little Timothy’s bedroom. Peeking inside, I discovered him wrapped in a blanket, completely dead to the world, emitting soft, rhythmic snores. It was a genuine shock to realize that even a seven-year-old could maintain such a profound level of sleep amidst a sonic disturbance of this magnitude.
