Age may have bent her body, but definitely not her spirit. She fixed two silver orbs on me…her eyes are like liquid fire, burning with a conviction and a vibrance that I cannot name. The moment her eyes meet mine, I see tears gather in hers almost immediately. She takes one slow step after another, inching closer and closer towards me. The crowd parts for her on their own according, like the sea parting for the people to pass in the midst of it. There is absolute silence, no one daring to break it…even breaths seem to seize in that moment.

Matching his gaze was equal to making your heart run in a marathon, and the same happened with her. The moment she was captivated by his amber eyes, she could not look away. The intensity and darkness inside them made her heart skip a beat before it participated in a marathon. The dark rings around those blazing flames were as if eating them slowly, dominating the darkness of lust inside them. She could not believe it! I just didn't like the idea that I was being held captive under some freaking beings. I stared at her, not answering her. Her eyes sparkled like there were glitters in them, her eyes were a dark shade of blue but when they sparkled, they turn into light blue. But, sparkling eyes didn't startle me. How I wish I could look into her eyes for eternity. I was heedless of my surroundings, not caring if I was sitting between inhumane creatures.

I feel the sparks come to life instantly; dancing over my skin, giving birth to those warm fuzzy feelings that only come with him. My eyes instantly flutter shut as I feel tranquility wash over me while my thoughts drain out of my head. Where are they going? Before I could come up with any possible explanation in my head, he is pulling back, his hands disappearing, taking away the sparks with him. I snap my eyes open as I feel disappointment.

I could look at him for hours as he stands there, his eyes locking with mine. There was no more thick black glasses hiding the fleck of gold that beamed like sunshine when they connected to mine. It didn't matter that I couldn't see them, to really see them, because those amber pools have allowed me to see the actual sun as they pulled me into their orbit time and time again.
