He opened a small slot in the metal door next to the glass window and slid the tin into my room. I watched as it skidded across the smooth floor and landed next to my feet.

The man was still engrossed in reading the book as if he didn't care about Astrid's existence. "Hello, I'm back," said Astrid, standing in front of Sir Edmund Brighton, crossing her arms in front of her chest. The man looked up from the book he was reading and smiled sweetly. “Ah, you came back. Please sit. I still want to chat with you if you have time," said the man. "No, thank you. I should stand up. What would you like to discuss with me, Sir Edmund Brighton? I hope that after we have spoken, you will be able to let me go from your sight,” Astrid said firmly.

He looked at the creature cursed by the sun once again before he opened the window, letting the sun ray in and the creature cursed by the sun groaned in pain as the harsh sunlight burnt him.
