Third person's POV Meanwhile, Amelia who was filled with the thoughts of Leo after the mating ceremony was busy thinking of how to get him for herself. She had planned on striking a deal with him, telling him that she wanted to help him become the Alpha because she wanted to be Luna. "It's an irresistible deal," she thought. She was still lost in that thought when she saw Lucas passing through the road that led to the outskirts. She was surprised and she wanted to know what was going on.

She could make out the outline of the person's figure and from his cries, she could tell it was a man. But that was all she knew. Xylia opened her mouth to utter words but ended up cracking up. "You came to check if I'm fine?" Incredulity tinged her voice after her laughter had died down. With a more serious expression, she asked. "Did you follow me down here?" Amelia kept mute because that was actually the truth. Now that she knew the Luna's story, she didn't hate her anymore but she wanted to help her overcome this evil. She felt personally that the Luna could put her powers to good use rather than hurting people with it.

“You clearly don’t understand anything. Yes, I’m with Liam. But guess what? I’m not his mate. The Moon Goddess will pair me with someone eventually, and then what am I supposed to do?” Amelia opened her mouth to respond, but Lexa cut her off, her words dripping with disdain. “Get out. I don’t need anyone on my side who doesn’t understand what this is about. I want Lily to suffer because she’s in the way of my future as Luna. And if you can’t support me in that, then leave.” Amelia hesitated, hurt flashing across her face before she turned and walked out of the room, her footsteps echoing in the tense silence that followed.

My gaze drifted through the large window facing Luna’s cabin, where a storm of emotions brewed just beyond the glass. I watched as Luna emerged from her cabin, her expression a mix of fury and betrayal. She stormed toward Jake’s door, which stood defiantly in front of Armando’s . I felt my heart quicken as she pounded on it with fists fueled by raw emotion. When the door finally opened, the sight that greeted me was like a punch to the gut—Amelia stood there, disheveled and half-draped in a blanket, her blond hair tousled in a chaotic halo around her head.

*Ellas POV cont.* “My name is Claire, the former Luna. You are in The SilverLake Pack. Your friends Ashley and Austin are here as well. They have been worried about you. You have been in a coma for 2 weeks. I let the doctor know you are awake. You are safe Ella. I hope you can make our pack your home.” Claire said almost pleading.

Angela placed a plate in front of me and I muttered thanks, turning away from them. As much as I know it's not my place to get jealous, I can't help the twisting pain in my heart. They stopped in their tracks as the girl's eyes landed on me, standing a few meters away from me, I could feel my eyes glowing with Rei in front. "you must be the new Luna, I'm Anna, Chase's sister" She introduced herself, a cheerful smile on her lips but a weird look on her face that neither Rei nor I liked. 'I don't trust her,' Rei whispered, I could feel her feeling her mate bond threatened by this girl.

I sit down next to the kids and start coloring with them, completely forgetting that I was supposed to be following Troy. Troy As I walk through the commons, I notice Kate is no longer behind me. I start retracting my steps to find her. Finally, I see her sitting in the nursery playing with the kids. I stand and watch for a bit. It is nice to finally see her smile and have fun.
