He was too lenient in tormenting me, unlike what he did to Danrious. Perhaps he's so furious with Kaelyn because she's Tita Rose's daughter from his first marriage. I walked down the hallway, carrying the books I borrowed from the library. The final exams are approaching, and even though I might be a vampire, I still need to study to interact with people. I looked at my arm, which was growing pale, with my green and violet veins prominently visible. Glancing at the clock as I passed by, I realized it was already morning, and I needed to hurry home.

the warrior bowed and excused himself. “Antonio, we have to find him. He has turned fourteen last week. He cannot be among the humans when the first change occurs,” Giselle stated in a worried tone. “Don’t worry Giselle, we will find him. You know how much dangerous the human realm is. Once Dimitri has an approximate location, we will go,” he said soothingly and she agreed. Lycans were aggressive and their first change was the worst. The beast will be uncontrollable and will lash out at anything and everything. When Antonio shifted for the first time, he almost wiped out the entire animal population in their forest, before being stopped by his father.

I pulled back before we went too far and smirked. "Milo," I teased. He blushed and looked at me. "Sorry," he whispered and then curled up to me. "I love you Lyle~" I heard him start to purr to me as he leaned his head against my shoulder. I caught his sweet scent then as he heaved out a small sigh, his breath hitting my neck and he nuzzled against me. "My maker~" He mumbled happily. "I'm glad you were my first vampire...." He laughed and then gently kissed my neck as he wrapped his arms around my neck. "My first boyfriend too."

And she's surprised when the lock suddenly opens in front of her. She saw an old book inside the vault. A dusty and black old book. Her curiosity becomes even stronger. She took the book and sit on the dusty chair. She opens the pages of the book and started to read its content. "Damien died because of her beloved woman who cheated him on their wedding day. Everyone thought that he really died but actually, he didn't die. He only falls into a deep sleep. And he will rise again once he can drink the blood of a young woman. A special person that has three different kinds of blood inside her body," she stops to read for a moment to catch her breath and then continue.

Within a matter of days, they would wipe out all New Yorkers. And then the city would be theirs. Not just below ground, but above ground. It would be the beginning, the siren call for every coven in every city, in every country, to follow suit. Within weeks, America would be theirs, if not the entire world. And Kyle would be the one who started it all. He would be the one remembered. The one who put the vampire race above ground for good.

A shapeshifter. Behind this man, suddenly, the water blackened with hundreds of boats, all containing vampires, and then the sky, too, blackened with hundreds more vampires. It looked like an entire vampire army, all waging war, and all heading right for the Isle of Skye. Scarlet couldn’t believe it. It was as if this first person had somehow led the way for an entire vampire army. But Scarlet wasn’t about to run. On the contrary. She wanted vengeance for Polly. So instead of turning around, Scarlet ran forward, right for her attacker. And Ruth ran right beside her.

Right now I feel I would rather drown myself in boiling holy water than become Queen. Several of the maids stopped in their tracks and bowed their heads in respect as I stormed past them. I should be used to this by now but I still want to breeze past them so they wouldn’t have to bow down every time I walk by, but unfortunately, one of the first things I’ve learnt after being a vampire is that vampire speed eats up all your energy and as a turned vamp, I still don’t have that kind of energy. Trust me when I say this, I’ve learned it by trial and error. The first time I’ve tried it, I’d ended up sleeping for two days straight. But that hadn’t stopped me from trying again. But I had to stop w

How did it all begin? I remember, first, the hunger pangs. My not understanding what they were. Jonah. Carnegie Hall. My first feeding. My inexplicably turning into a vampire. A half-breed is what they called me. I’d felt like I’d wanted to die. All I’d ever wanted was to be like everybody else. Then there was Caleb. His saving me from the evil coven, rescuing me. His coven in the Cloisters. But they cast me out, as human and vampire relationships were forbidden. I was on my own again—that is, until Caleb rescued me again.

I found myself walking towards her. "We can't Carden would kill us. If not him then her flat out rejection of us." We stopped in our tracks. I sat down beside Sarin with a smile starting to read a book that Blair-Boo had been reading, By These Ten Bones, By Clare B. Dunkle. "Would this book be about us or would Vampire Diaries fit better. We are a hybrid after all. A forced into existence, freak of nature."
