The Giants, towering above all others and brandishing weapons of pure destruction and terror. The mighty Warriors, hardened from years of war and conflict and determined to safeguard the very essence of existence that is threatened by their adversaries. An epic struggle ensued as each side fought with unrelenting passion and ferocity, neither side giving an inch but both knowing full well that nothing less than total victory would satisfy.

"I’ve traveled the world. Been to weird, creepy places, but I always felt safe… And now you’re telling me there are werewolves all over the place?" She turned to face me again. "This is too much." Her voice cracked. "No, no, no…" She groaned and covered her face. "Now I don’t even wanna step outside my apartment!" Despite the chaos in my chest, I almost laughed. She was all over the place emotionally. Then she suddenly snapped back. "Wait! You said you're a soldier. Was that even true?" Here we go. "Kinda. I’m a warrior in my pack." "What does that mean?"

Out of the ten, only two remain, General Six and Eight. I didn't die, but I'll say I failed. I ran off from my duty post. Embraced the call for love and submission, but I got nothing but betrayal and resentment from it. I wanted to admit it. I was General Six. The female warrior everyone feared, respected, and didn't cross. Most packs wanted me by their side. I wasn't just any warrior. I was strategic, not just in my skills in weaponry, but in negotiations as well. I couldn't admit it.

“Because from this day forward, they’ll see you as what you are.” “What’s that?” “My Luna. Their Luna.” I hesitated, then smiled against his shirt. “Then you better start preparing them. Because I’m not exactly the soft, smiling kind of leader.” He pulled back just enough to tilt my chin up. “Good. Because I didn’t fall in love with soft and smiling. I fell in love with a warrior.” “A blind warrior.” “A warrior who sees more than anyone else.” I bit my lip. “You’re going to make me cry.”

she yelped, shaking her head at me. “You are in so much trouble.” Ryker laughed. “It’ll be worth it.” I smirked. We continued to walk to the training field. “So, how many warriors are we looking at?” Ryker asked his sister as he stood next to her. “A total of four hundred, two hundred warriors, one hundred trackers and one hundred enforcers.” she informed him. “do you see what I see what I see?” she asked Ryker. Ryker scanned the training grounds, “where are all your females?”

Hearing Gavin’s footsteps and the bathroom door fling open I didn't bother to look up when the shower door opened. “What the fuck is going on, woman?!” He demanded sternly and I glanced up at him. The look in my eyes made his temperament grow soft and turn to concern. “I'm a failure and a shitty warrior,” I muttered sullenly, causing him to kneel down to my level. Reaching out he cupped my face and turned me to look at him. “Athena Blackstone, you're the best female warrior that I have ever known, but there's always someone better, and that doesn't make you any less remarkable,” he said compassionately.

Walking back, I leaned back on my desk, keeping my eyes at him. “In the Dark Moon Pack, and every other packs, the warriors are the backbone of packs. Warriors are responsible for the safety of pack members and the first line of our defense. Warriors are even ready to lose their lives if necessary.”

We were strong, we were resilient, and we were united in our cause. With a final deep breath, I stepped out into the open air, ready to face whatever lay ahead. our warriors are ready for whatever the enemy packs throw at us. Every warrior knows their position and role to play in this conflict, and they are all working diligently towards their goals without any unnecessary fanfare or grandstanding.

As we descended into the subterranean colosseum, the noise became overwhelming. Two thousand warriors filled the stone tiers of the cavern. These were the Shadow Warriors—the battle-scarred outcasts of the Dead Woods. They were alphas, betas, and omegas who had been rejected by their birth packs, criminals who had survived the brutal winter wilderness, and veterans of forgotten border wars. They didn't wear uniforms; they wore heavy furs, iron chains, and leather straps over bodies covered in jagged claw scars. They were savage, and radiated a volatile pressure.
