The Wife He Never Knew

The Wife He Never Knew

Evelyn sat on the edge of the bed. “You've called me three times in twenty minutes.” “I had a reason.” “What happened?” There was a pause. Then the woman on the other end spoke. “I'm coming home in a few days.” Evelyn sat up. “What?” “You heard me. I'll be back in a few days.” “You said you weren't coming back yet.” “I changed my mind.” Evelyn stood. “Why?” The woman's voice became serious. “Because I just heard Damien Schrett is getting married.”

The Wife He Never Knew

Let her walk out feeling like she won something. Now that same sentence sat differently. Not like the final word of a woman who had lost. Like the quiet warning of a woman who already knew what was coming. And had chosen to tell me anyway. Something wasn't adding up. The woman I had been married to had been careful. Reserved. Always slightly apart from the world around her, like she was watching it from a distance she had chosen for herself. I had mistaken that distance for smallness. For a life that did not extend far beyond what I could see.

My Wife is a Hacker

My Wife is a Hacker

"I know, that's why I bought the estate next to your house. When we get married, we'll live next door. That way, you can come back whenever you want. Dad, Mom, and Grandma can visit us whenever they want as well." "What?!" Everyone became shocked again. The estate next to their house was not cheap. Besides, it had been sold to someone else a long time ago. The Riddles would not be able to afford it even if they wanted to. The estate next to their house was also a lot larger than theirs, and it was occupied too. At that juncture, they could not help but wonder what Jared had done to acquire it, and how he had gotten their neighbor to give their property up for him and Nicole.

Also, it took WAY TOO LONG to get to the Olympiad and the exam. Like really?!?! Also, no one can be that perfect. Every time you turn around, she is a master of this and that at the tender age of 18. Like, come on! Do better!

I’m only 26% thru this book, and I’m HOOKED!!! There’s a FEW slow places in it, but overall, it has kept me interested so much, that I read every chance I get, and can’t wait to get further into it!!! Definitely worth the time, IMO.

Our little wife

Our little wife

They saw their little wife confused but what she said made a sudden calmness to spread in their demeanor. She said that she got the T-shirt from her husbands closet that means she mentioned them as her husbands and they didn't about care anything at that time but the words their little wife said for them. She considers them as her husbands but why they are feeling so happy for that. Even their faces were blank but inside their stomach were fluttering. They tried to calm their sudden excitement and concentrated on the screen.

This is such a great story. The chemistry between them was amazing and FL was so cute. I loved the banter between them & I was glad they didn't forced themselves on her. Such a great read. Highly recommend

Very cute & unique story! I loved the Spanish to English dialogue, it was done in a very understandable way that made the story fun to read. I also love how they all treated Vanessa with understanding & her growth was amazing. Vanessa and the brothers had such a sweet and genuine love 4 each other

The New Girl Next Door

The New Girl Next Door

The blonde female near the one that looks like Noah’s brother just glares at me, what the hell is her problem. “Hi guys, this is Tasmine Kelly, my next-door neighbour,” Noah said with a big grin on his face. I can see the boys are thinking while the female has a bitchy look on her face.“No she’s not, Lee is your next-door neighbour.” She snapped at Noah.

Lovesick Beggar

As every single one of them took turns and greeted him. Frustrated He nodded at them with a fake smile. "Noon." Seeing his rude behavior, they decided to leave him at peace. And he listened to their conversation. "Let's leave him, he looks sad." "Yeah. Otherwise, He always waves at us." "You are right Rachel. He looks frustrated. It must be because of a fight between husband and wife." "Huh. But I never saw him and his wife fighting." "Ah. Don't you know, Our next-door neighbor told me in the morning that his husband had spent the night somewhere else. She saw him walking early to his home."

The writer successfully makes me fall in love with not only the story but also the characters. I wish I had coins to unlock the chapters. It is one of the coolest books on Good Novel. You won't regret to give it a read. Congratulations!

Loving the story👌 till now, I understand Christian though. How can he let go of a person that felt like home to him? Waiting for the suspense to be revealed of Stuart. Why did he leave her? Super-excited. Please update soon.

Miss Actress Next Door

Miss Actress Next Door

“mum when did the owners of the house next door moved in?” she stared at me for a while before asking, “did you meet them?” “yes, more like embarrassed myself. Why did you not tell me?” She never told me anything about someone moving in. if she did, I would have guessed as much rather than getting into a conversation with that jerk. “it skipped my mind. They moved in a month ago. How did you get embarrassed?”

Hell no! Maybe a crush? Hell yes! Her next-door neighbors had the looks that could set any woman up , The fact that Mrs. Allen had men chasing after her left and right, even with her married to an equally gorgeous Mr. Allen was proof that Mr. Allen needs to put in more effort if he wants to keep his wife by his side. They were both gorgeous couples and a perfect fit!

My Next Door Neighbor

My Next Door Neighbor

Even though I never knew my grandparents, the Johnsons next door made me feel like I didn’t miss out on anything, but nothing ever lasts… especially the good things. I remember looking out of my bedroom window one day and seeing Mrs. Johnson, thin, pale, and bald as Mr. Johnson wheeled her out one morning to enjoy the sun. I remember thinking about how much she looked like a skeleton from the cartoons. She died the next day… Mr. Johnson soon followed her. He loved his wife too much to keep on living without her. I don’t like to think about those days. I much rather think about the wooden ponies and blackberries.
