The answer never changed. People recognized the designs. No one thought they were mine. One man actually laughed and said, "Women like Sofia Bellini don't steal from women like you." By the time I stepped back onto the street, my hands had gone cold. No one should have seen those books. Then I remembered my suite. The drawers overturned. The boxes emptied. My life spread open for strangers to touch. I went home, and Adrian knew something was wrong the second he saw my face.

At each event, the response was overwhelmingly positive. “You were right, Fatima,” I said as we walked back to the house after the book club. “The women are warming up to us. I can feel it.” Fatima grinned. “Of course I was right. The women of the pack hold more power than anyone gives them credit for. Imogen wandered around the bookstore, looking at every shelf for a book to read until her eyes found one. "Longing For A Woman, written by Emma stones, is a story that tells the tale of two women falling in love and parting," A man said while Imogen moves back, a bit uncomfortable.

I sigh as a bit of relief comes to me and I lay on the bank with my face close by the water, should I need to dip again. Movement catches my attention, and I snap up onto my fours and watch the reflection of a group in the water. I roll my eyes up to meet them. Several males, and double the number of females watch me. These wolves are much bigger in stature, and have much more weight than I. Even the females are sleek and healthy with strong bodies and round curves. Something I've lost much of in my journey. I would do well to handle one female alone, there's no chance of me surviving this group.

These women in this packhouse was flooring me in every way, like they were judging me. I made my way to a section that was labeled history. I was rummaging when I felt eyes on me again. I looked up and seen noone. "I must be going crazy or paranoid," I muttered while I searched. I found the book on witches and pulled it and started flipping. I was halfway through it when I seen a section about their health. It read that if a child is separated to long from any source of magic they will start to fade. It also stated the same for mates.
