I Will Find You

I Will Find You

“Witches who don’t mind getting their hands weird. Old rites that smell like copper and salt. You can stitch a man to the Moon if you know where to poke the needle.” I tasted pennies again. “Does it… work?” “Define work,” he said. “You’ll change. You’ll hurt. You won’t be what he is. You’ll never be quick as a born wolf or sharp as one or quiet as one. They call you defective. You’ll be a bad copy on a good day. You’ll be a liability on a bad one. But you’ll be strong enough to ruin someone’s night if you don’t care what it costs you the next day.”

Cruel Fate

Cruel Fate

I don't know what I'm getting myself into but I think, that he deserves it. How dare him call me a slut! I think it's high time all this madness of his come to a stop. I shouldn't give him the chance to treat me like a trash anymore. I'm also a human and I deserve some respect too. He is not the only one suffering, I am also suffering too.

Wow... writing 272k words is not an easy feat. You wrote such a wealth of words, I’m in awe of your writing. Speaking about this book- look at that cover! I want to frame it. The story has depth, twists and untold emotions. I’m still in starting chapters, but I liked whatever I read so far.

The Cursed

The Cursed

Desperation surged through her as she twisted her upper body to look back. What she saw stole the breath from her lungs. A woman or what had once been a woman crouched on the stairs below her. Filthy, matted hair clung to a gaunt face smeared with wet earth and streaks of black decay. Muddy water seeped continuously from the tattered remains of her dress, pooling around her knees and dripping onto the steps with soft, sickening plops. Her eyes were sunken hollows, yet they burned with a terrible, silent hunger.

It was… as if he was hurting. “Worthy? Poor Unfortunate Wolf

Poor Unfortunate Wolf

“Sorry. They thought keeping you in the pack fulfilled their treaty. But it didn’t. Because you can’t use the ability. The fools may not have exactly broken the treaty, but they are well on the way to having done it. Gods, this is hilarious. Your mother messed with the pack by taking you away. They got you back, but not before she rendered you useless to them.” She was giggling uncontrollably still. “Sorry, I don’t mean it meanly. She beat them at their own game. Member or not. They’ll suffer a slow degrade as time goes on. Animal or insect infestations, and more. The land will push them away just like the others.” April gasped.

HIS UNWORTHY MATE

HIS UNWORTHY MATE

Some of the she-wolves who were already mated joined the crowd behind me; others came out of their houses with rotten food, trash, and eggs, tossing them at me as they hurled insults and demeaning words at me all at the same time. Humiliation sunk into my soul with every insult. I tried to fight off the tears, but no matter how much I deluded myself with the thought that I was strong enough to take it, in all honesty, I wasn’t. Being able to face Hunter during the trial was one thing, and I was able to do that because I hated giving him the satisfaction of seeing me crumble.

The Worthless Ex-Wife's Revenge

The Worthless Ex-Wife's Revenge

"It's not fair! I'm better than her! I'm richer, prettier, more sophisticated!" "Apparently, Ethan doesn't agree," I said. "Marcus, that's not helpful," my mother snapped. "I'm just being honest," I said. "For once in my life, I'm being completely honest." I looked around at the destruction—shattered glass, broken furniture, holes in the walls. "This is pathetic," I said. "We're pathetic." "How dare you!" my mother said. "We're Wellington's! We're..." "We're NOTHING!" I shouted, surprising everyone including myself. "Don't you get it? We're nothing anymore! The Wellington name is worthless! Our money is gone! Our reputation is destroyed! We're about to lose this house!"

Iniquitous Want

Iniquitous Want

The piece of shit used to sell human beings as if they're objects, men, women, kids of all ages as if they're nothing but the source of someone's amusement. My jaw tightened with bloodlust and anger. I low growled throwing a kick to the punching bag imagining his ugly face taking the hits. Punch after punch I feel my hands starting to hurt. My knuckles started to feel sore from the violent friction. He had a family, a wife and kids but he had no problem selling out children and women for profit, personal gain and power in the underworld. I fucking hated how people were willing to do messed-up shit and turn a blind eye just for dirty fucking money.

The Cruel Alpha's Unwanted Bride

The Cruel Alpha's Unwanted Bride

{~~Avery Sterling~~} I stood before the mirror, my reflection distorted by tears that streamed relentlessly down my cheeks. The sight of my own despair only intensified the ache within me. Each tear was a testament to my overwhelming sense of inadequacy, a reminder of a familiar pain that seemed to echo through the corridors of my past. Fuck, nobody likes an ugly crier. But have I ever been beautiful at anything? "Worthless," I whispered to my reflection, my voice trembling with raw emotion. "So fucking worthless."

The man is so cruel and mean. I really don't understand Avery. She seems like an intelligent person but she is a pushover unfortunately. I'll keep reading though, hoping she becomes fierce and kicks his ass.

Here to correct a review I mistakenly left for a different book with a similar premise. As far as THIS novel, the author really does a great job writing in a way that makes you feel like you're there. The FL is pathetic at times, but likeable as hell. The ML though? Pathetic is an understatement lol
