The next day at school, Savannah walked through the crowded hallways, her mind racing with the rules Cassian had outlined. She had agreed to this plan, but now, the reality of it was starting to sink in. Was she really prepared to pretend to date one of the most notorious figures in school? Chapter 18 Oh no, oh great. There was one thing we missed. After our practice yesterday, I don't know why I only thought of asking Tsong yesterday. “Hey Tsong, what time is it again this uhm what do you call this party again?” “You mean the prom?” he replied. “Ah yes that prom. What time is it again on Saturday?” I asked. “6 in the evening,” he replied. “Ah. Then what time will it end?”

I said truthfully "But why? There's nothing wrong with parties" "I know! I didn't say there's something wrong with parties, I just don't like it" "You have to attend this one because of me. The city hums beneath my window, horns, music, and laughter, unaware that somewhere across town, a very different kind of chaos is about to begin. At exactly 8:04 p.m., my phone buzzes.
