And guess what, he didn't even say anything back. I lock my door and get in under the covers, laying staring up at the ceiling. I think about my day today. I had quite a number of conversations one can spend time thinking over. Beverley, Colton and Mr O'Connor, in their own way wanted a start over. I can't believe all this happened in one day. The talk with Beverley made me understand that admitting that she was wrong and seeing that, can be quite hard for her. To even come and apologise, that was big of her and to understand that she, making that first move, would make all the difference, it made me listen to her.

I smirked, shaking my head as I randomly picked a book from the shelf and gave it to her. She chuckled softly as she read the title. “Think, Fast and Slow. Really, Sky?” She studied the cover and flickered her eyes on me. “You haven’t read this yet.” “I did, once,” I answered. “It’s a good book.” She scanned the pages, reading them as if she was some kind of computer. After a few pages, she looked up and took a deep breath. “I’m keeping this,” She placed the book on the table. “I’m done thinking. Now, let’s do it fast.”

“What do you think about this?” Nico took the book and glanced through it, trying not to think about the electric jolts that had bolted up his spine at the brush of their fingers. He flipped through the book, his eyes taking in the words on the pages. “A reincarnation trope?” he asked, squinting his brows. “Mmhm.” “So why’s it so lackluster? I know I’m only skimming but I haven’t caught a single glimpse of anything interesting or attention-worthy in these pages.” Nico glanced up at Theo, a genuine confusion on his face. “Is this normal?”

“Unless you can find a way to switch it off.” “Why did this happen?” I asked. “Why me?” “What exactly did you see?” Marcus asked. He seemed to be the only one interested in my predicament. “The beginning and the end,” I replied. “That makes no sense” Kieran replied gruffly. I sighed. “And you think it does to me?” I asked in anger. “I think I understand it now,” Dominic said and began to pace around. “The Book is called the Book of Untold Story. So,what if all you saw were stories that have not happened yet. Possibilities, like Marcus said.”

The sky turned yellow then orange giving another version of its beauty. “Nate,” she called his name. “Yes, Cela,” he answered. “The things that you gave me before, I threw them away last year,” she said. “That’s fine. It’s the most sensible thing to do,” he said. The conversation becomes a little serious than when it started. “What do you think of our story?” she asked. “It’s beautiful!” he asked instantly. “I believe so,” she said. “Is it something that you will remember? Are planning to write a new book based on real events?” he asked.
