The Day I Stopped Loving Him

The Day I Stopped Loving Him

She drew. A boy named Thomas slid onto the bench across from her. He was quiet. He always drew in the margins of his notebooks, small detailed sketches of machines and buildings. His pencils were organized by lead hardness in a canvas roll. She had noticed them before. Good tools meant serious work. "I like your coat," he said. Chloe looked at him. "It has structural integrity." He smiled slightly. A small real thing. "My mom says your mom is the designer. VOSS."

Her Graceful War Song

Her Graceful War Song

"No, not at all. Thomas just returned from the Southern Frontier, and I wanted to ask about…the situation there. It's not something I can inquire about with anyone else, so I thought it best to ask him directly." Her deliberate hesitation was intended to make them think she was curious about whether Oliver had any women on the side—after all, a wife at home would naturally worry about such things. Alice picked up on this, and smiled knowingly. "Alright, you two go ahead." Thomas' study was furnished in a simple manner. There was a large black desk, matching black chairs, and two towering bookshelves filled with books. A few swords hung on the walls, and a long axe stood in the corner to the

I love reading but choosy, and this book caught my attention as the author's thought was put into writing. It portrayed the life of normal and those in power clearly. It contains political, military, monarchial, business, education, martial arts, humanitarian, judicial aspects that I can relate to.

I like how this novel is now evolving into an interesting Sherlock Holmes case after the much-needed testimonies of Caden, Barett, Viola and Violet in particular... And I don't understand people's lack of patience, I really don't... for my part I can't wait to see what the author has in store for us

Accidentally Yours, Forever

Accidentally Yours, Forever

Because God forbid an eight-year-old just throw his clothes in a drawer like a normal kid. "Right. Well, you can use these drawers here—" I pulled open the bottom two drawers of the dresser, which were currently stuffed with a random assortment of the twins' art supplies, broken crayons, and what appeared to be a very dead plant. "—once I clean them out. And there's space in the closet for your things too." "Thank you, Derek," Thomas said politely. Too politely. Like he was talking to a stranger at a business function instead of someone who was quickly becoming family.

His accidental husband

His accidental husband

Before he could launch across the table and strangle me, the door creaked open. “Uh… excuse me.” We both whipped our heads toward the door. And there was Thomas. Standing there. Drew’s face went through about six emotions in five seconds: shock, horror, denial, panic, and then finally a fake flirty smile. I bit back my laugh as Thomas asked if he could “borrow Drew.” He actually looked nervous, like a schoolboy asking permission. Of course I let him. “Take care of my best friend,” I warned sweetly. “Or I’ll unleash a hundred and one dalmatians on you.”

Struggle for a Chance

Struggle for a Chance

Jordan asked. "Just help me deal with the migration procedures first. Irene will join by then. After all, her purpose of coming back is only to save Eden," Thomas answered. "Okay, I'll ask someone to do it right away," Jordan promised. Thomas was very pleased with Jordan's swiftness. He opened the bag he was carrying and took out a few drawings from it. He placed them in front of Jordan and said, "I won't let you help me for nothing. These are the rewards ”

A Wife's Dilemma

A Wife's Dilemma

before he could even speak, I heard his tummy grumbling. I loved the house that Angela purchased. It's a complete package, and I'm glad that it also has the appliances we needed. The 50-Inch tv hanging on the wall together, with Dolby surround speakers; I love how cozy and relaxing it is. Specifically, now that we're far from the nearest town. And I don't want Thomas to get bored and sick just because we're all hungry. When we reached the kitchen I put Thomas on the Island table. And look for something to cooked and being a jobless jerk I was before. The kitchen was his scapegoat.

Night Gaze The Redemption of Joker

Night Gaze The Redemption of Joker

He knew what had to be done but it broke his heart knowing he had to put Martha back in Arkham. Thomas stepped out of the train onto the platform. Alfred, Bruce, and Jack were standing there. Alfred was holding a sign traced in red crayon. It read Mr. Wayne. Bruce had made the sign earlier. He had Jack draw the letters in pencil. So he could outline them. Bruce wanted his father to see how much he cared. Thomas did like it. He was happy to see everyone smiling but the one smile that was missing was Martha’s. Thomas felt a little empty not being able to see his wife there but given the circumstances it was probably better that she wasn't.

The Miracle Luna

The Miracle Luna

“Heard you finally found a mate.” “Happy for me, are you?” “You got me there.” Thomas rounded the table slowly. “The truth is, you’ve been on and off. We don’t get your full attention anymore, and that makes my superiors nervous. We pay for commitment, not occasional appearances.” I stepped closer. “Now I’m here. What’s on the plate?” Thomas stopped at a locked steel cabinet behind him. With a twist of a key it opened. He pulled out a manila file thick with documents—paper and enchanted seals. The kind of thing you didn’t digitise unless you were suicidal.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The edges were soft. The corners bent. He opened the first page. There were no words. Only drawings. Beautiful drawings. Families. Mountains. Stars. Animals. Gardens. Peanut climbed onto the sofa beside him. Then announced, "You read." Thomas looked uncertain. "I don't know if I can." "You can." She sounded absolutely convinced. Honestly? Fair. Very fair. Reasonable actually. Thomas looked down at the pictures. Something inside him relaxed. He began making up a story.

The Unwanted Wife and Her Secret Twins

"Maybe. So I've already prepared lunch." "Bribery and food?" I laughed. "You must have done something really bad." "Uncle Thomas brought us presents too!" Alexander announced from across the kitchen, apparently finished with his table-setting duties. "What kind of presents?" I asked. Thomas reached back into his bag and pulled out two boxes. "Chicago-themed Lego sets. A miniature Willis Tower for Ethan, and a Cubs baseball stadium for Alexander." The boys' faces lit up like Christmas morning. "Can we build them now?" Ethan asked eagerly.

Appreciation to authors writing. it is easy to visualize things while reading. I love reading this book. Mia is an inspiration except for the fact that she is using Thomas. My fav characters are Mia, Kyle, Sarah(Mia's mom), Nate, Scarlett, Katherine(Kyle's mom), Alexander, Ethan and Morton.

great story. thomas lied cause he was jealous while kyle lied cause he wanted to protect her. she clearly loves kyle even though she doesn't admit it and is only with thomas since he gives a sence of security/love to her and kids. i hope kyle and mia clear their misunderstandings and end up together
