Forceful Marriage: Young Master's Mute Wife

Forceful Marriage: Young Master's Mute Wife

Thomas didn't spare them a glance as he sat on the floor of the small pavilion on the top floor. He could still hear the conversation downstairs, but it was not very clear. His heart gradually became empty as the luggage was moved away. As soon as Jessica left, his private space was completely empty... There was a noise when the truck's engine started, which was transmitted to the attic from a long distance. Thomas leaned against the wall. When he heard the noise, he turned around and looked out of the carved wooden window. He saw the small white truck drive further and further away, and the red dashboard trailed behind...

none of the books I'm reading are updating...(3) and will be reluctant to start another,, and 2 that do usually update of the 3 more frequent as the one which is not at all, only allows minimal time to read..less than an actual chapter, they act like its a few when still on same scenario and events.

The Alpha King Is My Second Chance Mate

The Alpha King Is My Second Chance Mate

The rest of me could move now, my strength waned momentarily but I could still move for the major part of the time. “Thank you.” "Thank you, Lady Sarah.” When the door lock clipped, Thomas dove right into the seat next to me, his attention fixed on the nuts I was chewing. “Can I have one?” “Isn't this supposed to help me heal? What do you need it for?” “Just hand me a few, I've had my eyes on them since you started munching.” He dug his fingers into the bag of nuts, tossing a few into my mouth as he grinded them heavily in one go. Thomas had his fill before we talked about the pressing issue.

Dark Water

Dark Water

"It has to be. I can't let them down." "You...care for him?" Thomas's hands shook as he retrieved a small box hidden near the disused cannon. It was a strange place to keep first aid, but it saved waiting after someone faced the cat or the gunner's daughter. "I thought you did. But I wasn't sure. You're closeted when it comes to emotion."

Claiming Emery

Claiming Emery

My husband's face held an expression I'd never seen before—unguarded wonder mixed with fierce protectiveness. “He's natural with children,” Sophia said quietly. “I was thinking the same thing.” “He used to be, you know. Before his mother was sick and died, before he had to become responsible for everything. He was different then.” James ran to us clutching a blue train. “Ant Yemmy, this Thomas!” “Hello, Thomas,” I said seriously. “He's very handsome.” “He goes CHOO CHOO!” James demonstrated by running in circles around the coffee table, making train noises.

Owned By My Stepdad(MxM)

Owned By My Stepdad(MxM)

The house, the furniture, the memories—none of it was coming with me. I didn’t have much. Never really had. The driver—Thomas—helped me slide the last suitcase into the back of the second car. He was quiet, efficient, the way he’d always been. “That’s everything, sir,” he said, closing the hatch with a soft thud. “Miss Laurent’s things will probably fill the other vehicle.” I laughed under my breath. “Yeah. She’s got more shoes than I have shirts.” Thomas gave a rare half-smile. “Girls usually do.”

Billionaire Contract Marriage: Her Quest

Billionaire Contract Marriage: Her Quest

"Improvement. I'll take it." --- That afternoon, Mr. Thomas stopped by. He'd been doing this more frequently - quiet visits, always bearing gifts. Today it was a large box he carried with surprising ease for a man his age. "What's this?" I asked. "Practical assistance." He set the box on the coffee table, began unpacking. "White noise machine. Blackout curtains for the nursery. Something called a sleep sack that Margaret swears by. And this—" He pulled out what looked like a sophisticated baby monitor. "Video, audio, tracks breathing and movement. Apparently reduces parental anxiety."

He Wants Me More After Divorce

He Wants Me More After Divorce

I parked on the street half a block down. I went around the side of the house, through the gate, into the back garden. My mother had built the shed for Thomas eight months ago. Cedar siding, a proper window, a small electric heater Thomas left on low. The path to it went past the bird feeder and the last of the roses, which were brown at the tips. The shed light was on. I could hear the slow scrape of sandpaper on wood before I reached the door. I pushed it open. Thomas was at the workbench with a small wooden duck cupped in one hand, sanding along the grain with a folded square.

After Forgetting Me, My CEO Ex-husband Regrets

After Forgetting Me, My CEO Ex-husband Regrets

Thomas took them with a casual air and handed one each to Mabel, Miles, and me. “What’s this?” I asked, my fingers already running over the delicate wrapping. “Open it and see,” Thomas said, his tone teasingly mysterious. The kids tore into theirs without hesitation, their squeals of delight filling the cabin as they revealed small, intricately detailed figurines. Mabel held up a miniature replica of the Parthenon, her eyes wide with wonder. “It’s so pretty!” she exclaimed. Miles examined his miniature white windmill, complete with tiny blue shutters. “Cool! Is this from that place with all the white houses you showed me?”

The Reaping

The Reaping

Elliot closed the door behind him and followed us down to another door. Thomas pulled a key from his pocket and opened the door to a huge room. There were a few chairs in the room along with a sofa. In the back of the room was a large table that was covered in numerous files and binders. The wall was cover with whiteboards and cork boards all full of information. It wasn’t like anything that I have ever seen before. “Welcome to our secret hideaway. Cora everything that is talked about here stays here until we have all the information we need.” Thomas says with a serious look in his eyes.

Love Tap

Love Tap

Thomas walks in with a thermos of coffee, and ball cap lowered on his face. "You came." His tone of voice indicating he'd hoped I hadn't. "Of course, a deals a deal." I shrug, my hand gripping the straps of my bag like a life line. "Deal is off," he clips. "What?!" "I have a contract with Camden, and he's not keen on the idea of me training you," Thomas explains, striding behind the main counter to put his stuff away. "Too bad, we made a bet!" I remind him, following closely behind him.
