It’s killing me hearing her cry the way she is, though she’s trying to hide it from me. “There is a way that I can help you, Sara.” She lifts her head from my shoulder and asks, “How?” I take a deep breath and shift in my seat. “Remember how I told you about time travel?” Sara nods her head with a curious look on her face. “Well, I could take you back to any point in time you so wish.” Sara’s eyes widen. “But I have to stress how important it is that you do everything I say. “You will want to change the past, but you cannot interfere, Sara. No matter how badly you may want to, and you will when you see Bastian in pain, you can’t. Nothing can go wrong because the outcome of such would be disa

"Yes and no. I say so because being able to manipulate time is like borrowing a power from me and drawing a small portion of me. However with you, it's completely different. You have your own source so you my dear are chosen by time as one so you're like me." "Time." "We are the sources. People can get the powers of time if we bless them with it. However time chose you or to say layed dormant in you." Giselle was shocked to hear this. Being a source of time was something she had never expected. "You need to have more control over yourself Giselle. Judging your enemy in darkness is difficul and even more difficult when darkness itself is your opponent." Saying so, Time has vanished from the p

There she was. Finally! Bloody stubborn woman! To have reached on time, she must have left at twilight, and must be wired from the long drive. What kind of woman refused the luxury of his private jet to face the rough ride of the road? A foolish one? Or one who wanted to avoid his company at all cost, a conniving voice inside him taunted.

Assuredly, he was the last person I saw before I closed my eyes unto the embrace of death. Then shockingly, I woke up in my bed unscarred, but early that morning, before the truck incident. I had somehow traveled back in time and was now reliving the twentieth of March over again. I can't say I totally disliked the idea, seeing that I died in the first trial, perhaps this was another chance at redemption. Fine, I thought. Since going to work was the cause of my death, maybe I'll just call in sick. I mean, that's quite plausible, isn't it? I did a little rewinding, I had died sometime between 8 am to 10 am that morning.

The police tape fluttered in the wind. Ava slipped through a gap, her sneakers crunching over gravel. The smell of char and oil still clung to the air. She remembered the sound of sirens, the smoke rising — the day everything had changed. Her hand brushed something on the ground. Paper. She knelt. It was another letter, edges singed. Her name across the front. She tore it open. Ava — You are out of time. The loop resets at dusk. If you don’t find the source, you’ll wake up here again. The mirror is only a door. The static is the echo of what’s already been said. Listen to it.

Nathan trailed off. “The weird thing about your mind time traveling or your dream consciousness was the limits. You can go forwards as far as you want, but backward only works as far as the present day, or the time you left. Traveling back from “now” was impossible as if the continuum was chopped right off — like we are sitting on a moving dot and can only “bungee jump” forwards and backward back and forth. “What!? No, no. You mean if we travel back now there is a possibility that the battle was finished?”

"Why did you choose to come to this Iron Age? To lead a druid life?" "I am a doctor," he said. "Like Doctor Who?" I smirked. "I like to heal people. The average life span of people from this era is less than 40. It gives me joy helping them live longer." "How do you do it?" "Do what? Time travel?" I nodded. "I just know how to identify an Einstein-Rosen Bridge." "A what?" "A wormhole, or a portal," he added, "Come on! Haven't you heard Einstein-Rosen Bridge in Thor? Natalie Portman's whole research is about that."

Patterson had mentioned time travel that it finally clicked. She was not going to travel through time. No. That had proven to be impossible had it not been for the particle accelerator over in Switzerland but then again, her own father had helped her return to her time without the use of a particle accelerator so, she still wasn't sure how far her own limits extended. Back to her idea, Natasha recalled how her dad—the Blue Streak—the first human to ever be endowed with super speed, had helped her get back to her time when she had time traveled.

Marlena graced me with her gentle silver gaze. "Time manipulators can travel through space and time. They ought to be protectors of destiny." Miriam added. She held the teacup in one hand while using the straw hat to fan her face. "How?" My gaze jumped from Marlena to Miriam and shifted my feet away from Spock’s mouth.

I have to play it off cool, of course. "Joke's on you because I wasn't trying that time", she shakes her head like a kindergartner who thinks they won the argument. "The plan is for the travelers to go back to 2020 and stop this", I gesture to the world around us, "from happening". "Hey", she sounds more serious, "If I know anything about time travel, I know that changing any event can impact the entire world as we know it", she looks up earnestly. "Yeah", I shrug, "that's the whole point". Duh.
