The cavern echoed with a low, menacing rumble as the titan shifted its enormous form. Its crimson eyes, burning with rage, fixated on Maya and Kael, who stood like gnats trapped in a spider's web. The knowledge they gleaned from the mural offered a glimmer of hope, but the sheer power radiating from the entity threatened to extinguish it. A distraction was needed – a way to buy precious seconds while Maya completed the binding ritual etched into the remnants of the ancient altar. Dragged at its limbs. Struck at its joints. The Titan reacted. Violently. Its arm swung Crushing one guardian instantly. Another was torn apart as it tried to climb higher. Lyra felt every loss like static tearing through her mind, but she didn’t stop. She couldn’t. “Keep going,” she said through clenched teeth. “Don’t let it stabilize.” The Titan’s arm lowered. Its targeting disrupted. Its movements slowed, forced to respond to the swarm attacking it from every side. For the moment, the tower was no longer its focus.

“Because that’s where the next phase of Titan is already in motion.” Leena frowned. “I thought we killed it.” Gabriel tapped the table. “No. You cut off the head of a snake.” He leaned forward. **“But Titan was never just a single program. It was a model—a system that can be rebuilt.” Silence. Then Ravi muttered, “So we burned down the house, and now someone else is building another one?” Gabriel nodded. “And faster than you realize.” Ayesha clenched her fists. She thought Moreau’s empire had been the endgame.

It crawled. "Target... active..." it skipped. It was dragging itself toward me. I reached for my railgun. It was gone, lost in the fall. I reached for my sidearm. The holster was empty. I had my knife. An obsidian blade, six inches long. The Titan was ten feet away. It was leaking violet fluid that hissed where it touched the star-metal. "You... don't... quit," I murmured. "Mission... parameters... absolute," the Titan said.

Lydia said. "First of all, Lydia, no one should know about Anya's identity..it's going to put her in danger..you see, my brother, he may have a few enemies!" Kern said. There was a smile in his eyes. He was really enjoying this new identity that he had created for himself. Lydia gasped when she heard this. "Wait....is it like those movies when they are fighting over the throne?" Lydia asked. I was speechless when I heard this. I really wanted to open her head so I could see what was going on inside her mind.

The witches closed in, their laughter echoing like a chorus of nightmares. Something inside Aqua snapped. A surge of dark energy, unfamiliar and terrifying, welled up within her. She felt her pendant grow hot against her skin, the clear crystal turning black as smoke. The air around her crackled with raw power as she turned back towards the attackers, her fear morphing into a blinding rage.

The words in front of me told of the Guardians; they were wolves who had been selected before birth by the Moon Goddess to protect a True Luna. They were the most elite of all warriors and loyal only to the True Luna and those she deemed worthy. “He’s telling the truth,” I whispered. All eyes turned to look at me. “How can you be sure?” Arion and Arrow asked together. “It says so right here,” I explained, holding up the book. “Babe, they are just blank pages,” Arion said.

That was like a slap in the face for me since for some stupid reason, I feel an attraction for Antton that takes my breath away every time I have him near me, I feel like if he moves away from me it's like he's taking my soul away —What if... someone falls in love with one of them? Madi looks at me questioning my question. —You die, because they do not love, they are villains who do not care about the feelings of a human, they only enjoy our pain when they walk away and abandon the one they used as a blood bank, and that's not all, almost at the end she says that the worst is for the slaves because if their master dies, death too but their suffering is agonizing.
