Tomato Blushing Novels & Stories

I examined my chest, to top it all it was red from the mild scalding of the tomato sauce blonde had dropped on me intentionally. I swore to get back at her in any way I could and and make her pay for making me feel so humiliated and embarrassed. I ran my cold fingers along my red skin, the cold was seeping in and soothing it, thankfully so it wasn't going to be any more hassle than it already was. To think that I was completely innocent in all of this and I simply fell victim to a well planned scheme was what hurt the most, I wanted to cry out and scream in frustration but right now I knew it would only make me loose worse than I already did.

She always eats little and looks a little bit anemic, so I decided to secretly mix tomatoes thinking it would help her health. When I was preparing a meatball, I put a small piece of tomato inside and cover the tomato smell with some delicious meat sauce. It looked perfect on the outside that no one will suspect a thing. I was so proud and called Haze to let her know dinner is ready. I confidently presented pasta with meatballs before her when she sat. I anxiously watched her eat the first bite, at first, everything was okay, but suddenly Haze threw out the food she was eating and then found the tomato piece inside it.

She looked like a little kid, and it was tickling my ribs. "You got um...something on your face," I told her, pointing at the ketchup in the corner of her mouth. "Where?" her eyes were wide, and she frantically tried to wipe it off. "You keep missing it. Here, I got you." I rubbed the ketchup off of her face with my thumb, then instinctively put it in my mouth and licked it off, then watched her cheeks go bright pink. Why is she blushing so much today? "You okay?" I asked.

Before she had time to clean the tomato stain, Emily stretched out her arms and hugged her neck. "Ava .... Eva smeared rotten tomatoes on my face. Will my skin be damaged? Am I not beautiful anymore after this?" While patting the trembling little back, Ava shook her head. "No, tomatoes are actually good for the skin. Have you ever heard of a tomato mask? That's because tomatoes are rich in vitamin B." "Even if it's a rotten tomato?" While Emily was sobbing, Ava checked her face. Her eyes narrowed as if she was thinking. "Yes, that's no problem. she replies, still smiling. I take a deep breath and clear my throat. "So, I've been thinking...why did the tomato turn red?" She arches an eyebrow, looking at me curiously. "I don't know. Why?" "Because it noticed the salad dressing!" I exclaim triumphantly, bursting into a wide grin. My joke was met with deadpan silence for what felt like an eternity. Then suddenly, her face lit up and she burst out laughing uncontrollably. "Oh my goodness! That was so corny!"

Sliced red tomatoes, ivory mozzarella, and green basil leaves created a colorful mosaic. Each tomato slice glistened with juiciness, and the fresh mozzarella promised a creamy texture. The basil leaves, a lively green, added a fragrant touch. A dark, glossy balsamic glaze drizzled artfully over the arrangement, tying the elements together. The colors played harmoniously, and the entire ensemble seemed like a celebration of freshness. It was a feast for the eyes, and I couldn't wait to savor the burst of flavors.

Quicker than a blink, the pot fell to the countertop with an eruption of tomato sauce. Ashlyn gasped, jumping back as hot tomato splattered across her face and her front. Wiping the sauce from her eyes, she turned to look at Derek with wide eyes, her mouth forming an O. Derek had been no more fortunate enough to escape the tomato blast. Chunks of tomato clung to his face and his hair, and she knew that his blue shirt would never be blue again. His chest convulsed before a burst of roaring laughter burst from within, as he gazed back at her through the chunks that stuck to his lashes.

My legs moved on their own, turning around, I gripped the door handle and raced out of the office with a red face, my heart pounding wildly and my core throbbing. I growled in anger when the damn flush on my face would not go away. The phone camera was all I had as a makeshift mirror and my face couldn’t be any redder. I couldn’t fucking remember a time I had blushed so hard and yet I looked like a fucking tomato. The elevator controls buzzed and sighing wistfully, I went to answer it.

"Not today. I'm about to give them something that changes everything." I left Caleb and went straight to my private pantry. Locked inside, I opened the wooden crate containing my first harvest from the upgraded Sovereign Space: the Crimson Blaze Tomatoes. The moment I opened the lid, a wave of actual warmth hit my face. These weren't normal tomatoes. They looked like glowing, red-hot coals, pulsing with a faint light. I chopped them up and threw them into a pot. Within seconds, they melted into a thick, spicy, blood-red soup that practically boiled itself.

"A few things that I usually do. Don't worry, I will go watch the movie with you!" He smiled, that easy, unguarded smile that always seemed to catch me off guard, and opened the door for me. "I can't wait for tomorrow." A slow heat crawled up my neck, spreading across my face before I could stop it. I turned my head slightly, pretending to focus on getting into the car. "Me too." He didn’t move right away. I could feel his gaze lingering on me, studying me in a way that made my heartbeat pick up. Then he spoke again, his tone teasing but observant. "You look like a tomato. Are you blushing?"
