The light gleamed off of the worn-down furniture and the porcelain dishes. Tamashi noticed that his brother’s eyes gleamed in the sunlight. He also had dark blue eyes, but unlike Tamashi, he had dirty blonde hair. Tamashi smiled. “Yeah, I promise. I’m Tamashi, and I always will be. I’m going to find a way to get out of this mess.” Yasa smiled in reply. “Alright, lil bro, I’ll remember that promise. Have a great day!” —— The autumn breeze carried leaves through the streets as Charlie, Anna, and Tsuru approached the coffee shop.

*Third POV* “See I will tell you everything about the basement and other stuff as we have a lot to talk about. First, why not he have our breakfast. I dont want it to end with the quarrel and you once again avoid eating” Takeshi smiles placing his hand upon Koishi’s only made him take his hand back the next second. “Okay” Koishi smiles as he avoids looking at Takeshi not noticing the sudden change of expression over his face. “Let's get started with it” Takeshi smiles looking down at his plate as Koishi first takes the cup of coffee recognizing his own cup which has his favourite anime character Gojo Saturo from Jujutsu Kaisen upon it.

EREBUS POV. The smile on my face spread from ear to ear as I ran my tongue over my lower lips while I stared at her. Something about her manner of speech earlier with Tia had trickled into my fantasy; she turned me on merely by words. I knew she was fierce and nasty, but the description she made awakened the inner demon right within me as I painted out vivid images of them in my head while she spoke. “I was teasing, that's all.” She responded, her eyes running down from my hair towards my feet, and she poked her tongue hard against her cheeks in a seductive manner before batting her eyelashes at me.

"Oh, hi Tsuzu! Happy birthday." "Hmm, so this is your man huh. You've got good taste Cami." "Of course." Cami chuckles at Tsuzu's compliment. "So Toma, will you let me borrow Yuji for a while? I'd like to chat with him for a while." It seems like Tsuzu is fond of me at the moment. I felt a bit nervous like a prey being observed by its predator. "I'm sorry, you can't have Yuji…" Toma suddenly said.

Riddle first." She slid a lacquered box across the low table, engraved kanji pulsing. "Three shadows chase the moon. First devours light. Second mirrors truth. Third? Guards the dawn. Which binds Kenji?"

The crescent moon was high in the sky and surrounded by millions of tiny stars. The night was as picturesque as they came and I could feel the night calling to me. Selene was restless in my mind and was pushing to be let out, but I hadn’t shifted since that night with Jasper.

The moon was bright and high above the dark gray sky. It was quiet and peaceful, and Sebastian stood there gazing out of his bedroom window, deep in thought. In the distance across the garden, he could see the slight figure of a woman. It was Sakura, and she was walking along the dragon bridge that stretched across the pond. Her gait was slow, as if she were strolling through a park, enjoying and appreciating the scenery. Then once she got to the middle of the bridge, she stopped and turned her eyes to gaze up at the moon. A moment later, she leaned both her elbows on the railing of the bridge and gazed down at the pond instead. He could sense her smiling even though he couldn’t see her face

But whatever punishment awaits her, she wouldn’t regret it. “That’s great.” Atticus commended. “You know, Belly, if you join the hunt with Dad and I, you won’t be able to play The Moon this time around.” Bellona smiled. “That’s okay. I didn’t want to play The Moon, anyway. Cujo told me that the wolves from the Zircon pack are smoking hot. I might be lucky enough to find my mate tomorrow.” Tiki belted out a loud laughter. “You, my daughter, are the most ambitious wolf in the pack. Next thing I know, you’ll be challenging my position as Alpha.”

“Gomenasai (I’m sorry). Watashitachi wa itsumo anata to issho ni imasu (we will always be with you).” It’s the last thing I hear before I wake up in sweats, holding on to my chest as my heart beats like crazy and I’m sitting up on my bed, tears running down my cheeks uncontrollably. – “I was a part of the Tsuki Guardians Pack before I found my mate in Blazing Wolves,” Sho, the man who recognized who I was earlier, said. “Tsuki? Moon?” I didn’t exactly study Japanese growing up, but I knew enough. I don’t know if it was because of my background or if the words just stuck to me ever since.

Irina and I both smiled. “Sure, Lily.” Irina tapped my back and gave me a forehead kiss. I guess it really helps that she has healing power. Even her words are comforting. I watched as she headed towards Lily, and then they both vanished from my view. I looked out the window at the crescent moon once more. I'm not sure why, but glancing at the moon also offers me comfort. I recall Master Hatsuke using the moon to represent people's many emotions. There are times when the moon shines but is obscured by clouds, much as someone is deserving but is surrounded by negative thoughts, obscuring his beauty.
