"It's not teeth, Mama Chidi," Tobi said, his voice small but steady. "It's the sound of your oranges rolling when you trip on the curb. It's the brightness of your 'Good morning' before the sun is even up."
She paused, a slow smile spreading across her face. She let out a rich, melodic laugh. "Ha! The sound of my oranges? You are a strange one, Tobi. But I see it now. I see the noise! Carry on then, little Picasso! Just don't get any of that 'Ocean' on my wrapper!"
