Dokter Ryan tidak bisa menerima kematian Zasqia, lalu dia membawa jenazah Zasqia ke rumah bapak Suganda, yang terkenal sebagai orang pintar, dan bisa menghidupkan jasad yang sudah mati, Zasqia hidup kembali, dan kini dia kembali untuk menuntut balas atas kematiannya. Bagaimana kisah selanjutnya? Apakah Zasqia bisa membalas dendam?. Dan siapakah Zasqia yang sekarang ini?.
