Ravens of Eternity

Ravens of Eternity

Planet FXP-04, Copernicus System, Federal Outer Systems A whole fleet of ships flashed in at the beacon high above Federal eXperimental Planet number four. Two of them were heavy cargo cruisers, and their company’s logo was painted in bright colors along the side. All around them was their hired protection, frigates and fighters and corvettes and mecha. The convoy’s captain - the one inside the lead cargo cruiser - hailed the Naval ships that sat a thousand meters above them. Up there was a cruiser with a three-destroyer escort. Two wings of fighters also flew around and patrolled.

By the title itself, it was already something that would hook anyone immediately. And after reading a few chapters, indeed it was great. I really love reborn books/novels and I am not disappointed one bit at all! Love the Mc by the way.

It's great to read a book that the first scene is in outer space. Eva is calm, strong and you describe the background well enough to make me imagine it figuratively. Nothing to complain here. It's just perfect :)

The Pack's Vampire

The Pack's Vampire

“Thaelen knows what to do.” “Come, Sigrid, come to the top deck,” Thaelen drew her after him up the stairs, to stand looking out over the ocean at the other vessels. “You see the different ships?” He said to her pointing. “Some are our own and some we have taken, like this one. Our ships, you see there. They are built for speed and manoeuvrability. Not for transport or long durations at sea. They are for navigating shallow waters, for striking fast and disappearing. When we near our destination, the soldiers will transfer to those vessels, to travel swiftly in for the raid, and then to transport the plunder to the ships such as this one. We have three targets, and then will return home.” “Wi

I didn't realize just how alluring an ancient vampire could really be until I dove into Talen's past and had my heart broken and stolen by the depth of soul in this character. Everleigh has such a gift for creating these characters with so many layers you can't believe they're not real.

The Pack's Rebels

The second woman was almost weeping in her gratitude. “I have twenty-three ships,” he said. “Five more are permanently mapping the waters and following large rivers, so twenty-three, but only six are due back anytime soon,” he drew in and released a breath. “And there is the added problem in that Meguitte in on board of one of the ships.” He looked up. “We will come,” he told them. “And we will give what aid we can.”

THE ORPHAN GIRL IS THE MARTIAL ARTS QUEEN

THE ORPHAN GIRL IS THE MARTIAL ARTS QUEEN

"What you need is your mind properly prepared for what's coming. Everything else is unnecessary weight." She'd assumed that reaching a hidden land somewhere beyond ordinary maps would involve a plane, or at the very least a single long journey by train. Instead, over the following days, they boarded three separate ships, each smaller and more discreet than the last, sailing between unmarked port. Vaelmoor's reputation for secrecy, was entirely deserved. She realized this quickly. By the third night, aboard the smallest and most weathered of the three vessels, Master Wu finally spoke again aside his occasional instructions.

The Last Station Standing

The Last Station Standing

"We're out. We're actually out." "Look," Jun whispered. Elara wiped her eyes and looked at the long-range Aetheric-Scanner. They weren't alone in the dark. Emerging from the shadow of the moon, and rising from the far side of the planet, were hundreds of other White Ships. They were of different shapes and sizes—some looked like floating cathedrals of glass, others like jagged shards of obsidian—but they all shared the same Architectural-Lineage. "Are those... survivors?" Mina asked, her voice trembling.

Midwinter Town: A Novella

Midwinter Town: A Novella

When he was smaller, he and his friends would sit for hours looking at the fishes that passed by. Tucos got up. With one hand on the rail, he stepped on the bridge. With an even pace, he crossed half of the bridge. In the middle, he stopped to see the merchants’ ship. Never before had he seen such colorful sails. The symbol on the sails was unknown to him. The merchants must have traveled far, they weren’t from these parts. “International travelers, what will I see next? Something interesting, I hope.”

The omega second chance : the lycan's mercy.

The omega second chance : the lycan's mercy.

They were entirely blind to the fact that the physical space stretching between the ships and the shore was becoming a battlefield of its own, woven together by an ancient, aching destiny. I tightened my grip on my tattered cloak, forcing the glowing sigils in my eyes back into the dark recesses of my mind as the longship rolled heavily against the current. The wolves could take a week or a month to navigate the outer channels. It changed nothing. The shared fire had already awakened, and the long, grueling journey through the dark was only winding the wire tighter, pulling us toward an inevitable, devastating collision.

The North Star

The North Star

Danica said out loud looking over the other ships of the companies. Most of them had started to become just trade ships, there were very few that acted a punch when they became mostly trading ships. Her father’s pride and joy was The Morning Star and the Crown fell second. She couldn't take The Crown Ariadne would notice right away. Her eyes scanned the ships more carefully. “The North Star.” She whispered

“Marked as Property, Stolen by the Alpha”

“Marked as Property, Stolen by the Alpha”

A tiny vessel drifting along a distant branch of the silver road. Its sails glowed blue. Its lanterns shimmered green. Completely unlike the Wayfinder. Yet unmistakably similar. A traveler. Following stories. Following hope. Following the same destination. The ship passed far away. But as it crossed our path— its lanterns brightened. The crew aboard waved. We waved back. No words. No introductions. Just recognition. The understanding that we were traveling toward the same light. After that, we noticed more. Not dozens. Not hundreds.

The Rise Of The White Luna

The Rise Of The White Luna

I shouted into the glare, I had spotted up to five tiny ships coming towards us with immense speed. They all had black flags on them, designed with human skull as a warning. “Pirates, oh silly human pirates messing around.” “Oh how very great,” Tasha muttered to herself, she threw her orange peels into the water. “Just as I was about to get comfortable and have a good nap.”
