True Blood Amber Mills Novels & Stories

She paused, pain and disappointment could be seen on her marmee’s face before she took a deep breath. “I wish it could have happened in a different way. I met Devlin and he seemed to be a nice, young man. I think I was wrong about him then. I saw him as a genuinely caring grandson to his grandmother. He was also nice to everyone here including the workers. And when you told everything that happened, I could not help but regret that I entrusted you to him.” Amber cried harder. Her marmee hugged her tightly. “Shush now. It will not do you any good crying yourself to exhaustion. Please try to go to sleep. You need it.” Mrs. Mills came with a glass of water. Her marmee helped her to her room.

he said, helping me to my feet. "It's very loud," my voice cracked. "Yes, it helped a lot that the husband is the son of the most sought-after millionaire in the country," said the doctor, looking at me mockingly, and for the first time in many hours I smiled. ... One of my bodyguards brought me clean clothes and I showered in the clinic's bathroom. Aidan and Sommer donated blood for Amber, the doctor said that luckily, they had that type of blood, as it is not very common. I feel confused, and questions start rolling through my mind.

His eyes starting to turn to normal. Karter holds onto my hand and pulls me onto the bed, he wraps his arm around my waist and I rest my head on his chest. For a while we just lay there in silence. Until Karter spoke up, "The day Millie was born was the last time I ever saw Amber properly. Alive and breathing. The last day I ever talked to her." Karter says.

Chapter Two: SIGHTING Later that night, Rojean dolled up to go to a place that was both a nightclub and a bar that everyone was talking about. She was old enough, for sure, especially if she was going to get married soon. But she was never the kind of person to go out on the weekends, to a club or even a bar and always preferred the comfort of their apartment which Lucas didn’t mind at all even when he wanted to go out. She was in a cream coloured off shoulder dress which stopped mid-thigh and hugged her curves beautifully.

And so did Sam. Is that why she killed herself? "But it'll get better, Amber. Just hang on there." I hope. We exchange some pleasantries as she leads me to a chamber at the end of the hallway. I know this place, I have sneaked here before; the grooming chamber. Inside, I can see a bunch of other ladies in the navy in that chamber all in white bonnets; the mamas of our town.

My head snapped toward the door just as the handle slowly began to turn. I was fully expecting to see the irritated brown eyes of a certain maid, but I was completely caught off guard by the woman who walked in. She had piercing blue eyes and dark hair. Despite how much I hated it, the resemblance to Alec was uncanny. Kathy Meyers stepped into the room dressed in an expensive crimson dress, her black hair pulled back into a long braid. Dark makeup sharpened her features while crimson lipstick painted her lips like blood. My wolf instantly bared its canines.

She just bit her lip and let out a muffled groan, her eyes darting in panic. Wade glared at her and forced through gritted teeth, "This she-wolf lied and told me she was carrying my blood. But when she gave birth a month early, that's when I started to suspect something. This is the paternity test. It clearly states that her pup is the one with the tainted blood!" Camila bent down to pick up the report. She was furious after reading it but could only swallow her rage and focus on calming Wade. "Wade, now that you know the truth, you need to let it go."

‘So, this was the Lady Boss,’ he thought. Dan had heard from his father, Butler Thomas, that Azael had been awakened by the Holy Maiden’s blood. From the picture he had been shown, his father had advised him to pay attention to Lynette, that she was the Lady Boss. Dan closed the car door, his stoic eyes sweeping through the vicinity in vigilance before he entered the driver’s seat as the car drove off.

She needs think ways on how to escape the place. She seemed to return to her senses when she felt the pain in her stomach. She groaned as she touched her stomach. Tadeo Miguero's eyes widen on what he saw. "Miss! There's a blood!" Amber followed the man's gaze. That's brought her to her own legs. And there she saw the red liquid running down. Her heart beat even faster. Before she could make any move she felt the blurring of her vision. "Miss?" He even felt Tado catches her before she lost her consciousness.

he demanded, his voice sharp and tinged with possessiveness. Amber's heart pounded in her chest as she glanced nervously at the closed door. She knew she couldn't reveal the truth about her encounter with Malachi. It was a mistake, a moment of weakness that she deeply regretted. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Carmen give her a sympathetic look, silently apologizing for their shared secret. "I-I just went out for a drink with Carmen," Amber stammered, her voice barely above a whisper. She hoped her lie would go unnoticed, but she couldn't escape the pain of guilt that etched across Raze's face.
