When Trist let go of Ynaria's leg, he had a chance to stand up and try to run away, but unfortunately Trist suddenly grabbed Ynaria's hair because the girl cried for it. "Trist, I'm hurt!" Ynaria sighed. "Can you just leave us alone." Please say so. Trist tightened his grip on Ynaria's hair because of the girl's scream. Trist squeezed Ynaria's stomach and leaned it against his chest. "I won't do the thing you want. As long as I don't own you!" Trist whispered in Ynaria's ear then kissed the girl's neck.

I couldn't believe I almost let him go, he is my entire world, I thought as I let out a contented sigh. “Urgh, what the hell is she doing here? I thought Tyler told her to stay away!” I heard Amber snarl from behind me. I ignored her though, I wasn't going to let that bitch ruin my night, tonight was about Tristan and me, getting back together and finally starting our future together. I carried on watching Tristan, but he suddenly froze and began to sniff the air, and a huge smile grew across his face as he pushed people aside and looked right over to me. His smile grew even wider and I blushed as everyone fell silent. He then howled into the air, “MATE!”

"We heard, Trev and Kirsten, are dating. Are you okay with that?" I frowned. "Trevor? Who's Trevor?" "Your ex-boyfriend?" Oh! Yes of course. By the way, that cheater's name is Trev. He is the one that Kirsten sucks. Nice. They are things. They both look like frogs. I smiled again. Sweeter. More plastic.

His lips found the sweet spot on her neck, and he grazed it slightly with his teeth before lapping his tongue. His jaw tightened, and his eyes swirled from their usual blue-green to a golden brown as he tasted blood. The veins in his jaw ticked, and his nostrils flared. "Shit!" He grunts, feeling his canine piercing out of his mouth. "I'm sorry, darling." "What are you talking about…?" Tricia's words were cut off as she moaned. "Oh gods, Trevor. Continue doing that!" She groaned, pushing her back into him more.

Myra's tactics were still as old and pathetic as ever. Every company had its underground gossip circles, especially a corporation this massive. Ours even had its own anonymous gossip forum. I stormed straight toward Myra and snatched her phone out of her hands, then immediately started recording the unfinished post she was still editing. Myra lunged to grab it back, but Tracy quickly restrained her from behind.

Everyone seems to know him, and I almost lost him in the crowd of people. “Tyler! Who is this?” A boy turns to me, eyeing me with the same devilish look Tyler had given me when I met him. “Where have you been hiding her? I’m Tristan.” The boy holds his hand out to me, and when I get to take it, he pulls me flush against his body so I have to angle my head back to look up at him. “You are gorgeous.” His breath smells like alcohol and I blush at the bluntness of his attitude.

Tristan promised me that his friends wouldn't bother me anymore. That was our fucking deal. "Yes. What is it?" I asked through gritted teeth and looked over his shoulders to see Tristan glaring at me. What the hell, dude? I'm supposed to be angry at you. Ugh! "I'm Tyler Whittman. I was just checking you out for a while and I thought I'll come and say hi," he replied, flashing me a huge smile and I was taken aback by his straightforwardness. He was a pretty good-looking guy with a well-built body, his curly mope of jet black hair kept falling in front of his brown eyes that he kept pushing away constantly.

I try explaining before he throws a full-on tantrum. "My career depends on that meeting M" I flinch at the use of the nickname. I wasn't fond of other people using nicknames, but before I could comment on it, Tyler stood up and dramatically draped himself on my lap. "Pretty please?" he tries to flutter his eyes at me in what he seems to think is sexy, but it's just comical. I sigh deeply. Tyler is a stylist and a damn good one; he has been trying to land the socialite for months now, and his antics to get to her were beginning to look desperate. I sigh again, this time with resignation.

***Freya's POV** Tyler froze while holding on to me. I could tell that despite how much he's trying to go against his brother, he still can't do it. He gradually took his gaze at me. I shook my head, signaling for him not to help me. But he held my hands firmly. “You said you wanted Freya to pay for what her father did, so why are you in a hurry to end her life now?” I creased my brow, while staring at Tyler, but he wasn't looking at me, but rather at Tristan. I slowly took my gaze to Tristan, who seemed to be very much interested in what Tyler had just said. What's this? Did Tristan truly agree to this?
