The scene, appearing to awaken some base impulse within him, the man followed this action with a kiss. Before hissing a wicked vow into her ear, “You will give me the world.” The fervor of his desire, creating a sickening wave to ripple across her flesh. Tilla fought back the wrenching feeling in her stomach with a distressed gasp.
