Good. I saw a shadowy figure move from behind one of the pillars. "I'm here! Give me the kids!" I yelled. The figure stepped out of the shadows and walked towards me. It was dark, but I could make out the body structure of a tall, thin man. He was wearing a dark cloak and a mask similar to that of a plague doctor in the 14th century. I heard the shadowy figure clap slowly "I'm impressed. Had you been five minutes late, these kids would have been dead. Very well a deal is a deal, you can have them back."

If I knew an Alexander with lilac eyes–though I’m suspecting those are actually contacts–I would remember him. Forget the eyes. His looks aren’t the forgettable kind at all. If we see something once, we can identify it again, even years later.” That floored me. “That’s insane,” I said, proceeding toward the island, seriously impressed, thinking of how I would never have to study over and over again.

It’s not like we can die whenever we want. It’s not like we can do what mortals do; suicide.”

You might end up meeting someone you love again because they’ve been reincarnated, but they won’t even have a single memory of you. His anger subsided, but he was still confused. He let out a small sigh, indicating his never ending frustration today. "I was hoping she’d remembered everything and told me the real reason why she cursed me.
