Alpha Nox
Shayla with her doe eyes and golden hair, and Jeremy with his weasel face and weak sneer.
Since Daisy called me Tuesday morning offering my job back, I had a bit of pocket change to work with. I took that cash and bought myself some cheap boxes of hair dye. Jada just about bit my head off when she saw the boxes sitting in the trash, claiming she would’ve paid to take me to a real salon. I had no doubt that she would, but I didn’t need her money.
With my hair now back to its natural brown, the white strip concealed completely, I’d never felt more like myself.
