Neither did anyone else. One night, late into the evening, Eva sat alone in the study. Her laptop screen glowed in the dark room. She was tired, but focused, typing away. Then something weird happened. A tiny flicker ran across her screen. It was fast; just for a second. A weird shape, like scrambled pixels, flashed and vanished. Most people wouldn’t have noticed. But Eva did. Her fingers paused over the keyboard. She blinked. Then she grabbed her phone and called Izzy.
