Dad and I worked hard on this Lego set for you, but I dropped it and broke it." I realized I might have accidentally bumped into Jamie when I questioned Vicente earlier. Apologetically, I squatted down to help him pick up the pieces, only to find that the broken Lego set was the miniature of a wedding photo of Vicente and me.

We had to be there when they released her to me at the police station where they would be arrested for leaving with her. Sadie had a lot of talents but mind control was not one of them. I was confused but happy at the same time. I couldn’t wait to get my girl back. “Just understand this. Even though Sadie’s parents bring her back. We still have to prove that Sadie is not crazy and can cope in this world without help.” I understood what the doctor was saying, but as long as I had Sadie I knew this was all going to work out.
