She did what she needed to do, and you still got another child out of the mess.” Katia was referring to her Aunt Aphrodite, who came out of the waves of the sea when Uranus’ privates bled into the waters.

Alicia turned her head cutely and looked startled at the passing dark-skinned sailor. "Did you just mention Ataraxia?" Alicia inquired, perplexed. “Yes. The Ataraxia is the name of this ship. Didn't you realize?" In response, Alicia shook her head. The dark-skinned sailor grinned , his pearly white teeth standing out against his caramel skin tone. "Well, if you touch the statue, you will not be swept away by the raging sea and will safely return to Ehrlich. You'll be back to Ehrlich one day, now that you've touched Ataraxia."

A musky blood scent splattered through the air. “They want us alive,” Nalura shouted while rushing to the pinned sailor and slicing the anchor rope with a single swipe of her caudal fin. “Fight to kill.”

Erebus asked in such a genuine voice that it almost sounded like he was really curious about the answer. "BECAUSE --" The voice broke. Uranus obviously took a deep breath before she opened her mouth again, "Are you aware that it's forbidden to go up there?!" "Apparently I didn't." Erebus said with laughter so obvious in his voice that it irritated Uranus again. "Get the hell down here!" Uranus yelled, not able to hold back her anger any longer. "Yes, ma'am." Erebus let out a light laugh, "At your command."

Severiel watches quietly. For once the angel says nothing. The Custodian breaks the silence. Additional development detected. The projection shifts again. A new signal appears near Saturn. Small. Fast. Matteo groans. “Please tell me that is not another scout.” The Custodian answers. It is not a predator vessel. Ezra studies the signal. “What is it.” The being responds. Human technology. All of us look at the display. A tiny spacecraft emerges from the darkness near Saturn. Compared to the coalition ship it is microscopic.

I looked around and saw a tall, muscular guy with dark hair walking out of the shadow. I recognized him. He was the captain of the school football team, a blazing sports star that was famous across the country, playboy number one, and practically a male whore. Lucas Sigler. He was wearing a tailored suit, which fit him perfectly everywhere except the part of his upper arms. It took me a while to figure out that Lucas Sigler was actually talking to me because he walked straight at me in front of everyone. "You..." He lowered his head and stared at me, looking intense.
