Vampire Diaries Books Vs Tv Show Novels & Stories

She was not dead. When I saw her crimson eyes, I smelled a familiar scent on her. The scent of blood. My blood. “Elena, thank you. For exchanging your blood with mine. Your blood turned me into a vampire.” Sylvia leaned against Kael’s chest, smiling sweetly. I recalled all the years after our marriage. Every time I lay down in my coffin to sleep, my body always felt unbearably heavy. The cold disgust in Kael’s eyes confirmed my suspicion.

“No." "Oh my goodness! You need to see it. That series is so good. With a great sense of humor like Damon, selflessness like Bonnie, and evil-minded asshole like Kai, that series was a hit. Did I forget to mention Klaus, Caroline, Elena, Stefan, Josette, and Matt, the human who never dies?" I listened to Noel ramble on and on about the vampire diaries, enjoying the whole scenery I was starting to picture in my head. We were so engrossed with the whole narration that we began to wonder how fast we got home.

"Just read the damn vampire novel. This will tell you what real vampires are like, not that girly romance fluff you usually read." "But I like my girly romance fluff," I replied attempting to deflect her judgment of me. "Well, today, you don't care. Today read about vampires sucking blood. Anne Rice might change your mind about vampires. Just read the book and get your tan." I begin the book, and after ten pages of reading, I am hooked. Bri's right I needed to learn about vampires. Mr. Darcy will have to wait for me to heal. The beach is quiet, and my sunburn is setting in. I'm used to my shoulders becoming red like tomatoes this time of year. Brianna sprays my shoulders with sun lotion. I h

But he wasn’t. After moments of thick silence, Caitlin couldn’t take it anymore. She had to know. “Is it real?” she asked, cutting right to the chase. After a long silence, Aiden finally turned. And slowly, he nodded. Caitlin couldn’t comprehend what was happening. He was confirming her reality. This book. It was real. Everything was real. “But how is that possible?” Caitlin asked, her voice rising. “It talks about the most fantastical things. Vampires. Mythical swords. Shields. Antidotes. It’s thousands of years old—and it’s all in my handwriting. None of it makes any sense.”

Too awfully, incredibly real. She could’ve just dismissed them as a group of completely crazy people, as some weird cult or society that was completely delusional. But after all that had happened in the last 48 hours, she actually found herself thinking twice. Her own strength. Her own behavior. The way she felt her body changing. Could vampires be true? Was she one of them? Had she stumbled into the middle of some kind of vampire war? That would be just her luck.

I don't remember having a sacred book with me. Hold on. Could it be the book that I thought belonged to my mom? "It's the book you almost destroyed," he informed me. Oh, maybe that's why he texted me to not tear it up. At that time I was so confused and thought he was a stalker. Little did I know he was actually a blood-sucking demon. Or was he? "Since you're a vampire, do you drink blood?" I asked because from what I know, they're always thirsty for blood and he hasn't shown any sign of that.

She turned back to the screen. Leesa pulled off her parka and sat down on the bed beside Cali. It took her a moment before she realized what Cali was watching, but when a pair of fangs appeared in the mouth of a really good-looking guy, it became clear it was one of vampire shows that were so popular nowadays. Leesa never watched any of them—she had more than enough supernatural stuff in her life, thank you—so she didn’t recognize the show. She guessed it was probably True Blood or Vampire Diaries. After a moment, Cali paused the show, and Leesa realized she was watching a DVD, not regular television. So maybe it was a movie rather than a television series.

“What was it about?” “If I remember correctly, it started with these two vampires that were madly in love with each other. The first four books were all about their love story. Then another vampire came along and took the hero’s attention, so the heroine vampire spent the rest of the books trying to kill him. That’s what made me move on to another series.” She picked up several books and put them on the bed. “I read romance for the love, not for all the hate.” “You didn’t read all of these books?”

They weren’t always together, but I saw their faces multiple times. It was apparent they were scoping the house out. Our safehouse isn’t all that safe. Given these men are out during the day, they must be humans working for the vampires. Either unknowingly or knowingly. You can’t imagine how many people want to become a vampire. I blame that dumbass book and movie trilogy Twilight. And to an extent, I’ll pass the blame to Vampire Diaries. It’s better but still perpetuates this fantasy of being a vampire. People should watch more Supernatural. Now that is a show getting things right. Though it’s also the show that got a lot of dumb American hunters into hunting with no real skill or clue, thi
