Vampire Diaries Moonstone Novels & Stories

Everyone gasped again as though that was the only way they knew best to react, both moonstones shone bright, catching everyone's attention, their gaze mainly on the stone than on me. I turned again to look at Derek and he almost looked as though he was about to tear up. “How? No, you stole that from Ravenclaw,” he yelled and attempted to lunge at me but Nate and two other betas of crescent pack held him in place. “No, I haven't set foot in the the Crescent pack since I last left,” I said and turned back to the crowd who still looked in awe of the moonstones. “The half of the moonstone with the crescent pack, of course, is the strongest and can also work just fine, without the other half, alt

"I don't deserve you, Elena." "No, you don't," I whispered, a small, tired smile tugging at my lips. "But you've got me anyway." We sat there in the dark, a King and Queen prepared for a war they didn't ask for. But as I looked at the ring on my finger, I noticed something. The Moonstone, which should have been white, was slowly turning a deep, bruised violet. The Black Moon wasn't over. It was just getting started.

"The stone of my necklace and that bracelet came from the mother stone our tribe had been protecting. The wearer of these two stones will also stay together and be protected by the light" "Then, as a gift for this friendship" Luan touches both of the stones "I bless thy stone with the golden light of the moon" a bright light sparks as the stone changes to violet, then to pink, blue, then back to white. But this time is not as simple as white, it has the hue of the ocean inside and as they raise the stones against the moon light, a golden light appears. "There," they both smiled as blood rushes and all they can do is scream as this magic unfolds in front of their eyes.

“You found me…” “You found me first.” I smiled, even as tears spilled over. “You always do.” Kael tried to sit up, but winced. “The dart… poison?” “Yes. Ancient silver. But it’s slow-acting. We have time.” “Then listen carefully,” he said, voice strained. “You have to find the Moonstone. Before Damon does.” I blinked. “What?” He gripped my hand tighter. “He’s not just after you. He’s trying to complete the Ritual of Eclipse.”

“She hasn’t even accepted the pack bond yet. So, how the hell has she fully transformed?” I reached into my pocket, my fingers closing around the cold stone still humming from its earlier glow. I held it up. “She had this,” I said quietly. “The Moonstone. She’s part of the Moonhart pack.” A ripple passed through the room. Stillness. Breaths held. “Fuck,” Alpha Justin exhaled. “Ain’t that just—shit. The Moonhart bloodline? Steinharts again, fuck! That bloodline is always full of shit unexplanatory insane stuff.”

She quickly blurted out. "I know that every werewolf pack has a special moonstone that represents a lot in the pack. For my pack, I've only seen it once," That was a lie, I had seen it a couple of times. "So I was curious to know if it was the same for Lycan packs." "Yes my queen, we do have a moonstone, it's in a heavily guarded room in the…" She stopped and covered her hand over her mouth, her eyes dancing nervously. "I'm sorry, I think I've said too much."

And nothing, not even death itself, could stop us. As I delved deeper into my sister's journal, I discovered a secret that shook me to my core. The Blood Moon Ceremony required a powerful artifact known as the Moonstone, which had been divided into two pieces, one held by the Elven kingdom and the other by the werewolf Alpha Ronan Velasquez. I remembered the stories I had heard as a child, of how my father had struck a deal with Ronan Velasquez to spare our kingdom, giving him one piece of the Moonstone in exchange for an alliance.

I kissed her, longer loving her lips on mine. My hands trembled slightly as I slipped the ring onto her finger. Through our bond, Rose felt my overwhelming joy and love. I cupped her face and kissed her while their son danced around cheering. "The moonstone," he explained, "is from pack lands, blessed by our elders. The diamonds represent our family – you, me, Alexander, and Emma. When the moonlight hits it..." I guided her hand into a shaft of fading sunlight, and the stone seemed to come alive, shimmering with supernatural energy that made both our wolves stir with recognition.

The old traditions would bind them, for better or worse, and he couldn't afford to falter. Moon stone is considered a small piece of the moon which the moon goddess gifted the world to use for occasions like this. Occasions like when Luna has to take her position ritually, or when the alpha becomes an alpha not by the bloodline or when one of the mates are human. The moon stone is very beautiful and powerful. Everyone does their best to keep it protected because that was the only piece on the earth and they can't let any evil people get their hands on this. Because they can misuse it in many ways because it's filled with power.

Vampires are weird. I give each of my familiars a pet as I head out the door, getting in the car only to realize I left my cloth shopping bags in the house. I run back in to grab them and finally head out. It’s a nice summer day, slightly cloudy and no humidity at all. My mind drifts to the moonstone and how it was able to absorb and then use the power of the sun against Lucas. The gemstones don’t retain the heat for long, but I’m sure there’s a way to weaponize them.
